Today, Sunday morning 6:30 am, made fresh coffee, no problems. 7 am, cleaning up, suddenly no water in the house. Checked everything I could by myself, no luck, so at 7:30 called my go-to guys Pump It Up. Within seconds, Sandra answered my call, took my info, and got in touch with the on-call service tech; with instructions that I will hear from him within 20 minutes or to call right back. 15 minutes later James, the tech, calls me, walks me through all the bits and pieces I need to check, and 15 minutes later all my water is restored. I will be having a full service check-up later this week, but my experience with Sandra and James this early Sunday morning is what I always expect from Pump It Up: the highest level of responsiveness, concern, and expertise. One of the most professional, prompt, and quality companies I've ever hired. Our well pump went out on Wednesday morning. We called Pump it Up and they answered the phone at 6:02 am. We have several horses so being out of water is a bit of an emergency. There was a Pump it Up truck in our driveway at 10am. After consistently being disappointed in the " local well Co."we decided to go with a referral from a family member and call Pump It Up well service. A crew came out the same day, explained what they would need to do and how much it would cost and how long it would take. Once scheduled they showed up promptly and went above and beyond to explain the process and suggest tips on how to maintain the well going forward. My water HOLDING TANK for my WELL was overflowing. I thought I had a bad FLOAT. They replaced it UNDER WARRENTY. It still was overflowing. They replaced a CONTACT in PUMP SAVER box. It still overflowed. After 2 hrs they determined it was bad wire from holding tank TO pump saver box. They only charged me a TRIP CHARGE $140 for the whole appt, since they don't pull 150 feet of wire. I need an electrician. They let me keep the new parts!!! They were SO nice too! We got to our family cabin for a long weekend to find that our pump wasn't working. Unable to find any help in the small northern Arizona town we called Pump It Up in hopes that they could help us out. A couple hours after walking them through my pump system we saw the truck coming down the driveway with a brand new pump. We've been using this company now for quite a few years and they have always been quick to respond whenever we have a problem. Yesterday they came because our water pump was acting strange. They seemed to have found the cause and told us to let the well fill up for a couple of hours before using it again. But when we did try, no water, again. So another tech was sent out later in the day. His name was Jorge. We can't say enough about this gentleman...he is an excellent representative for your company....extremely knowledgeable, very polite and conscientious and stayed till after dark to make sure things were working properly. We live in Desert Hills and with the current issues with the water haulers and the price increase we wanted to see if we could get our well working better. They came out the same day we called to look at our well. They were upfront and honest about prices and possible outcomes. We scheduled them to come back and pull to pump and inspect the well. They found out the pump was going bad and gave a detailed estimate to install a new pump with some upgrades to the well to improve performance. They were back the next day and performed the work. They even waiting an hour to ensure the well was pumping correctly! I would never describe a well as beautiful but when they left I will say it looked like a work or art! They cleaned everything up and provided a detailed invoice of all work performed. They even gave us the details or our well. It is so old it was never registered so we had no idea how deep it was or where the water table is. I can't say how much I appreciated their honesty and work. They even waived at me when I passed them on the street coming home after only meeting me once at the initial estimate. Clay and Jorge provided an outstanding service and a very fair price! We have used Pump It Up Service twice now on our well pumps. Service has always been fair but this last time we had them out and I wanted to get comparable prices and after they gave us a bid I called around and got a better price and with someone that can start same day (since we were out of water). I figured they would charge a service charge for their time so I tried to call and get that fee but they never got back to me and it should be a simple flat fee but the lady on the phone could never tell me what it was. I did not realize it would be $140 but since they could not tell me that price when I had them on the phone and once they knew I was going with someone else they really stuck it to me. I run a business and I do not charge for estimates but I understand that some companies do....I just prefer to know that up front. Am I asking to much???? The owner also spoke negatively about the competitor I switched to, which I find highly unprofessional. read more

Our pump went out, and we had a bad well location. They needed a huge crane to go thru the roof of our patio to pull out the crane. Other pump contractors wanted us to rent a crane for $600.00. Pump it Up had a big enough crane on the back of their truck to handle it. PLUS the guys they sent out, Clay and Jai, were SO nice and helpful. They were very respectful of our property, cleaned up afterwords, and did a fantastic job. I knew they were going to be good, when they spent almost an hour, moving the truck back and forth inches to be sure they didn't damage the roof. They were THAT conscientious. read more
