We first used Beeman Pump Company back in March 2011 when we moved into our new home with a well…read morethat supported 4 (1.25) acre properties. Bobby Beeman did a great job of inspecting and all went well. Since then we've had to have 3 bladders replaced of which one of our neighbors had a friend and we used, no problems. But, today when I called them and another company, no answer as it is a Saturday morning, March 23rd, so I look through my paperwork and find BEEMAN PUMP COMPANY's number. I call and Richie Beeman answers the phone at 8:15 am on Saturday morning. He has his crew already lined out for the entire day, but tells me he'll try to fit me in on Monday afternoon and definitely for Tuesday am. He then suggests there might be a couple of things he could walk me through on the phone to see if we can get the pump started since I checked the well tank and it is full. He tells me to touch the motor to see if it is hot, if so then will need a new pump, if not then it may be contacts in the switch. Richie expertly walks me through the process and tells me to tap the switch box slightly that the contacts may be dirty or old and viola I do as instructed and the pump starts. He then instructs me what to do if it happens again, but to be gentle as the contacts can be broken and if so then we are stuck without water until late Monday or Tuesday. I asked Richie how much do I owe you, I want to pay for your helping us and he tells me absolutely nothing. In today's world this is very rare and extremely generous. I scheduled with him to come out and do maintenance on Tuesday am where he will either clean or replace the contacts. My wife Connie wrote on the Well Folder, "only use BEEMAN PUMP COMPANY in future" and beside that wrote "Our Hero!" Thank You very much Richie Beeman!! Not sure why it shows as San Francisco CA, should be Scottsdale AZ rico austin PhD

Our well services three home and one morning our neighbor texted us that that water was spewing out of a pipe by the storage tank. It was early in the morning but we tried calling the company we usually dealt with. No answer so we left a message. I'd received a flyer in the mail from American so we called them. Also no answer and we left a message. Rich from American called us about five minutes later and said he'd be there by 10 AM. Rich showed up and was working on the problem before the other company even bothered to call us back. He quickly found the problem and had another tech show up with the part. We also had them replace a defective storage tank (better quality at a lower price than the other company) and redo the wiring from the control panel to the breaker box. Their work was impeccable and unlike the other company their workers were fully engaged in what they were doing and communicated with us throughout the repair process. I can't overemphasize how pleased we were with American. If you live in New River and are unsatisfied with that other local well company give American a call. I'm confident you'll be glad you did.

Extremely questionable business practices. I called to…read morehave the condensate drain cleaned out and inspected. Trane Unit, 9 years old. Techs came and said the internal drain pan was rusted and leaking and couldn't be replacements because it was welded to the coil. They stated by the time everything was fixed, it just be better to replaced the unit. Water was leaking and staining the ceiling and walls and I had no time to double check what they were claiming. Photos provided were hard to decipher but showed a rusty pan. Then I got a quote for the unit replacement ($15k !) for a brand I never heard of. I should have done more research but told them to proceed. The next day two different techs show up with the unit. I mentioned to them, by the way, it never came up but the condensing unit is right behind our bedroom and if the new one is any louder than the Trane unit, I don't want it. The tech said that this brand is known for being louder than Trane and Carrier. They put me in touch with the sales guy and he said the next unit up that is quieted would be another $2k more. I said fine, proceed. In the mean time, the two techs went up to inspect the AHU. They were up there for awhile and came down and stated that the unit and auxiliary drain pan (not the primary) were pitched in the wrong direction. They adjusted everything and cleaned out the drain line and stated everything was now draining properly. When I asked about the rusted primary drain pan inside the unit, they stated it was plastic and just fine. The coil showed very minor signs of oxidation but nothing to be concerned with. So impossible for a plastic pan to be welded to the coil. I asked if they recommended replacing the unit. They said they saw no reason to. This was 2 weeks ago and all seems to be fine. So, I very nearly spent $17k on an inferior unit I didn't need. Unbelievable. These techs at Rescue One work on commission and upselling. Some have integrity. Others do not.
