I had a water main burst in my yard between the meter and the home's shut off valve. I tried…read moremultiple times to contact Global for emergency shut off because it was spraying everywhere and flooding the street. I waited 10 hours. No one ever came or called me back in that 10 hours. I got the water turned off via a helpful neighbor. Plumber came and was fixing my pipe when Global called to ask if I still needed it turned off. I tell them "No, I got it sorted, you can cancel that request." Repair gets done and plumber turns the water back on and departs. I contact Global to inquire about potentially clearing some of the water charge since I tried multiple times to get them out to shut it off and they never showed. I should not have to pay for 4.2K gallons of water when I tried to call them multiple times and go through the appropriate channels. The lady informs me that No... they will not clear the charge AND I got berated repeatedly by the CSR for turning the water off because that is Global's property and no one else is allowed to touch it. Rude and unreasonable but fine whatever. I'll pay the bill and move on with my life. 6 hours later my boyfriend comes out of the bathroom to inform me that we have no water. I call Global to ask if that emergency service request that I cancelled went through after all. I got the same lady from earlier who had been very unhelpful. She advises me that no tech came out and she berated me again for letting someone else touch the meter. We disconnect and I go check the meter. It is indeed off and then I notice a placard on the front door from Global saying that their service tech came by to fulfill the shut off request. Then a supervisor from Global called me to find out what was happening. This supervisor also berated me for letting someone not from Global touch the meter and after much back and forth and misinformation on her part (which tells me that the first lady I spoke with did not take accurate notes), I manage to convey to her that 1) my plumber did not leave the meter off, 2) the leak was indeed fixed and the water had been working fine for 6 hours, and 3) I had a service placard IN MY HAND indicating that yes, their service tech DID come out and shut off the water after the service request had been cancelled. At this point I was absolutely LIVID. I was berated repeatedly across multiple phone calls by multiple people for taking care of an emergency situation when their people failed to do their job and they refused to clear the charge caused by their failure to respond in a timely manner. The home owner is a senior citizen on a fixed income and they do not care at all about that. If I had any choice about service providers I would immediately end my contract with them and choose another provider. Unfortunately Global has a monopoly in my area and I am stuck with them.

That bill was over $800 for one month. So I login to my Global Water account for that property and see that they have water use over the top. Feb 9th 44,920 gal Feb 19th 31,538 gal Feb 22nd 11,233 gal Mar 13th 33,422 gal This make no sense since an entire pool full of water is just over 10,000 gal so whats going on. They sent out a tech to check the meter and he says the meter is fine. I would think with that much water use my house would be floating or at least we would see water in the street. nothing and entire property is dry no irrigation issues. Not much I can do since they won't budge on the bill. Might have to go to the media.

AZ Pool has always been honest, never trying to oversell and prices have been comparable to Amazon (I'm frugal and can't help cross checking:) ). Would ALWAYS rather support neighborhood store when comparable. Pool Service: I work away much of the time and have been taken advantage by two other contractors before coming to AZ Pool. We've used their services for three years and love our dependable (and reasonably priced) weekly cleanings. Only company we have had where the tech leaves a check off sheet of what they have done each week on our patio table!! We had an issue with one of their guys last year, and they refunded us a month WITHOUT us asking, THAT is UNBELIEVABLE!!! We now have Eric and couldn't be happier:). Would highly recommend them to my mother (if she had a pool, of course :) )

The motor stopped working in less a week, so I took it back in to the store and was talked to like a child by Paul, because I did the work myself and had questions. Paul specifically was always helpful in the past, but lately however he seems to hate his job and is passive aggressive/rude to customers. Randy is no better as he seems to be running on a short fuse and annoyed by questions we as customers have. Overall this location has changed to the point that as of today this was my last day as a customer. I just asked for a refund and will find another location to find another motor. I think businesses forget customers have other choices and do not have to be treated with disrespect like this.

They gave me a decent quote but did not come out to see what they were moving prior.. provided me no inventory list either. Didn't explain they're process or insurance policies... .60 cents per pound of coverage. A joke. After the move was done 2 fellas charge was double they quoted me. When communicating with the owner about a resolution he had the audacity to say the following things to me. 1. Why did you tip my team so much if you were dissatisfied with the service. My answer was "because they don't make much at all and they shared that with me, and It was 12/23/21 right before Christmas so i wanted to be generous." Matt tried to use my generosity as an option to justify the careless work his company performed "as being ok." 2. Matt stated "you had more items to move than you told me over the phone" I will say there was one glass whiteboard ($1,500.00) piece, that I might have forgotten to mention. I will also say he didn't come look at the move or send someone prior. The white board Didn't matter much because they completely shattered It. Left glass in the room they shattered It in where my 2 dogs go in and out of their dog door. **ITEMS SO FAR IDENTIFIED TO BE DESTROYED** 82" flat screen tv $(2,400.00) lines across the screen destroyed LG 49 inch ultra wide ($3,500.00) same thing lines across the screen destroyed. Not to mention the 3 or 4 55,65,& 75" inch tv's I haven't plugged in yet because the chords are MIA. Not to hopeful about those. My huge book cases (3500.00 - 4,500.00) gouged, ruined, and now look like used furniture from good will. My automated desk sit/stand (2,000.00) gouged , destroyed. Somehow gauged heat sealed powder coating off of It. Custom steel backyard furniture from CC COUTURE. So durable... strapped outside the moving truck.. gouged black powder coated paint off of it. This furniture set was ($15,000.00) A foot massaging device I purchased for my fiancé.. ($250.00)chord ripped straight in half. It is the thickness of an extension chord.. how is this even possible? They even found a way to literally destroy a STEEL shelf $(2-300.00) It is bent??? These things hold so much weight. I don't know how this could happen. Destroyed our bed frame($1750.00) and it's finish, did not put It back together correctly, finish totally ruined now looks like goodwill furniture. Nothing was strapped down.. just smashing around in the truck. I viewed this when the truck was opened at my new home. I would recommend 2 fellas moving if you plan on moving your hard earned and cherished furniture to the dump. I said to Matt if you replace the whiteboard I will let this all go. He offered. Half the value and I stated "I am being generous, beyond generous where I should be." He then offered to cover the $1,499.00 replacement cost. I told him he would have to cover the sales tax and deliver cost as well and at this point he refused. I am pursuing this company legally for multiple things from the difference in cost burden from the quote to what they actually charged as well as for every piece of furniture he destroyed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They will sell directly to the public, but not at the same low prices their contractor customers get. Ask for their "preferred contractor" list if you need an installer. They have 2 design consultants on hand and my wife and I found them to be very helpful and friendly in planning our backsplash design. We went home with several samples and ended up having our installer purchase our materials there. The store has a pretty good selection of products on display, but isn't as big as a few of the other design shops out there, thus the 4 star rating. Still, would highly recommend UBC.

I found a large 10 ft. iron front entry door at a 'steal' of a price. My sales rep (Carla) was there to answer all of my questions. Since the door was a floor model, I had a few things I needed to know before I purchased the iron door. Question #1- Was the door complete? Answer- YES Question #2- Was there any damage or was anything missing? Anything I needed to know? Answer-NO Questions #3-Was there a deadbolt and keys with the door? Answer- Yes Carla mentioned that there were a few 'nicks' in the iron painted finish and would send the door out with touch up paint kit. I purchased the door on a Thursday and mentioned that my contractor had an iron door specialist to install it. "Oh no...." Carla said, "You should use our door installer. If anything happens, we guarantee the work." So, I agreed to use Unique building Concepts door installer. He was to install the door the following Monday. When he arrived with the door, it was missing the deadbolt & keys, the bottom sweep and the touch up paint kit. I immediately called Unique and asked to speak to Carla. She was busy and I was on hold for quite some time before she finally picked up. She told me that the door installer picked up the door too early and they could not get the door ready for me in time. (5 days after purchase wasnt enough time?? But she blamed the installer) Carla told me that I could get a sweep fairly cheep and the deadbolt wasnt too expensive either so not to worry! She promised to mail the touch up paint. Wow! I thought....thats a bunch of crap! I was told the door was complete! Now your telling me to run out and take care of this stuff myself? I mentioned to Carla that she was my sales person and she told me that the door was intact. She then told me that the owner wasnt going to help me because "I got such a good deal on the door" and her hands were tied. Well, after installation, my contractor came over to inspect the door. The 10 ft door had half of its mounting brackets hack-sawed off by their professional door installer! The brackets were left lying on the ground on my front porch area. He said the door was not safe to have installed that way and we all scratched our heads wondering why he removed half of the brackets? Again, I called Unique building to speak with Carla but this time she would not take my calls. In fact, I had to call several times, over several days to get her to speak with me. (She never once called me back after I left messages and again blamed someone else in the office for this error.) When I told her about the poor installation job and how my contractor said it isnt installed safely and would not pass permits or codes, she basically said... "Well, youll have to talk to the installer. He said its just fine, so thats between you and him!" What happened to my guarantee with using their installer??! Well, their installer refused to do anything different, so I had to hire a new door guy to weld the brackets back on and re-install the door. After the new installer put the deabolt on, he informed me that the door did not line up with the jam. Hence the reason no deadbolt was on the door to begin with. So, my new guy had to re-drill the jam as well. Bottom line, they sold faulty products under false pretense and lied about everything. To make matters worse, the owners of this business thinks it is all fine and dandy to run his business this way! My contractor actually cancelled his account with Unique after this shady dealing because he was so appalled at their behavior. Bad, Bad, Bad Customer Service. They were the biggest nightmare of my building and remodel!!

My water scale was reduced 75% or more, there is no longer a smell/odor in water, tastes clean and refreshing. I have had my system 2 years now and I am absolutely happy with my system. It costs less to have than the plastic water bottles i was buying 8 to 10 cases of water bottles every week, & it is much healthier. Also Victoria, in the Arizona office was extremely helpful with my upcoming maintenance appointment. Very professional, friendly & kind. I would highly recommend this system to anyone. Also, I have read all the reviews, the bad ones, I must say that thus far I have not had any of those problems. All the staff I have dealt with have been straight forward and very informative. I can't speak for others, but I can for myself. I would do it all over again. Again, I highly recommend this water system. For me it works and is very important to my health, as I am disabled. After my 1yr follow up in 3/2025, on 8/29/25, I had water coming out from the reverse osmosis under my sink. This was due to a faulty part from Puragain that they knew they had issues with, but did not check with their current customers who may have the faulty part and fix the problem. Although they sent a technician out right away to fix the faulty part and replace with a newer part that won't crack, they did not follow up with repairing the inside of my kitchen cabinet that had major water damage even though they took pictures. I continually followed up with them to see when they would fix it, I asked for their insurance info & I just kept getting the run-around or partial information. It is now end of December and no word from them at all to repair the water damage. A vendor who doesn't acknowledge their fault or repair what their system caused & they knowingly knew about this faulty part I do not recommend. Save your money, research diligently - there are better systems out there with a lower cost. Run from vendors that don't have integrity.
