Pete, and his guys ( Jonathan and Mark) are like having family work on your home...except you don't worry if they're doing it right. I mean that they are lovely to work with and have in your home. Jonathan cane out to replace our hot water heater 13 months ago. That went beautifully. Today we had a soft water system, full home filter, and RO installed. The house was built in 2004 and wasn't plumbed for it so this was more complicated. Additionally the waterline is on the opposite side of the garage so the system had to go outside instead of in the garage. Pete and his team showed up and knocked the whole job out in less 5 hours. They are very tidy and conscientious. We did get three bids for this job, mostly to educate myself. I'm 3rd gen AZ native and I've never had soft water. I thought it was some fancy pants bs that an easterner thought up to sell to midwesterners. And then my kitchen faucet disintegrated. And my (first ever) bathroom granite countertops were showing hard water wear. First guy (thru Costco) was insanely expensive and suggested putting the units in the front yard on the side of the house....uh, vandalism??? No thanks. Second company was very nice and thorough and would have got the job if we didn't already know, and Love, Pete and his work. Pete immediately spoke of the unit going in the backyard. His quote was spot on. His work is impeccable. Ps the Sunday before he was to install this system our pressure regulator started leaking. Pete came out on a Sunday to fix this so we wouldn't have a leak for three days. I can't say enough good things about him, and his guys. His guys seem happy, like they are well treated and valued.

We had a problem with our reverse osmosis and they came out very quickly to solve the problem. They are honest and do excellent work.

Both my RO system and 3-filter house system were doing their jobs. BTW, I live in peoria where the water is hard, but not as bad as some parts of AZ. For anyone considering the system, which can seem a but pricey, I say without a doubt it's worth it! I've grown so accustomed to the great water at home, whenever I go someplace else to shower (especially hotels), I can now smell the chlorine in the water (gross). Before buying, I did a ton of research and looked at a few other systems, and I'm glad I landed with Puragain.

Rarely do I post negative reviews, but if Puragain Water's business practices are to handle a…read moreclient as they did, it's sad. Super Bowl Sunday, I installed a water heater on an emergency basis as the pressure relief valve was faulty and could not function due to a sand like substance that was clogging the valve. The home also had low hot water pressure; however, no pressure issues on the cold side. The Puragain system had 2 pressure valves, one at each end of the system and it did not have any type of a bypass installed. Pressure at the inlet side was 55 psi and on the outlet side, it slowly crept up from 0 to 35 psi and no more. Puragain's emergency line was called and being it was Sunday, no tech was available. The next day, the tech comes to the house only to say this water pressure issue is due to a faulty toilet valve in the house... I chuckled under my breath. It's clear there's some form of blockage in the system and being the hot water heater that had been replaced yesterday was filled with a sand like substance. And quite a bit, much more than any potential sediment seen from an opened main water line. The tank was the first fixture to receive the water in the house and there were no issue at the time on the cold side. After the tech disproved his own theory, he went over to the filters and removed the third. It had the same sand substance that was in the hot water heater, only the tech went as far to say this is supposed to be full. About 1/8 of the material was left. At this point, the tech finally says, "We are at fault." He provided a number in which became discussion with a regional manager who at first seemed to be helpful and then abruptly disappeared. It's now June 1st. Last night was spent trying to remove sand so the bath will fill up. Laundry is a struggle as the hot water doesn't work well. Nor do the dishwasher, showers or any faucet. Maybe one day Puragain will make the hot water lines just that.

EASILY my favorite company I've ever done business with in the Valley!…read more I had a unique situation with getting a two stage whole home water filtration system added to my existing salt water softener. Brian was so knowledgeable and passionate when he came out to talk about my home's existing plumbing. When we bought the house in 2022, it was called out on our inspection report that the polyethylene piping from the main to our home should be replaced. After talking with Brian, I felt so good getting CWS to replace and redo the poly with good old copper. Michael came out a few days later and did a beautiful job installing all the copper plumbing and two stage water filtration system that includes the water pressure gauges and bypass valves (which are great to have for servicing and/or if something bad happens in the future). I highly recommend everyone get the psi pressure gauges installed ESPECIALLY with the valley having higher water pressure right now with the ongoing construction needs (which I'll talk about next). After Michael completed his job, the city of Phoenix replaced my water meter. Turns out my old water meter near the street had a leak to it. Once the water meter was replaced I noticed the psi on the gauges climbed to 100-110 (depending upon time of day). For those that don't know, plumbing likes to be in the 50-70 psi range. Anything above 90 and you should really get a plumber out to look at your pressure reducing valve (PRV). While my pressure was high, I noticed my backyard irrigation system was EXTREMELY powerful! The way the water from the main gets teed off between inside of my house and backyard pool + irrigation needs, it was obvious city of Phoenix replacing water meter was the culprit. Whenever a water meter gets replaced, they don't do a good job keeping it clean installing it where sediment will often get into the line and cause PRVs to fail. That's what happened with mine where CWS came out the next day and replaced both of my PRVs with Kyle doing a great job as well. Now, my water pressure is sitting nicely at 70 psi. I like my pressure on the higher side of that 50-70psi Lofty review but I really loved having this company update my plumbing and install the whole home 20" big blue water filtration system! They really do care about customers AND the work they do. There's a VERY GOOD reason their reviews are 5/5 on Google and Yelp! Can't beat their prices too that are VERY transparent! Great payment options and warranty as well! Also, I like the products they use since it's NOT relegated to a single manufacturer. Will recommend them to everyone.

Good service, they will be my go to from here on out when it comes to my water appliance needs.read more
