They told us they were going to go home for the day, but after hearing what happened to us they couldn't just go home, how nice is that, now that is customer service! Anyway, the tech that came out to our house never removed the cover to see what was causing the noise. Lazy tech. Waste of my $75 service fee. I have never seen someone so lazy with a service call. Had he removed the exhaust cover to see WHY the noises, he could've explained WHY One Guard would not cover and showed me. LAZY is how I describe this company. If that's good for you, then go for it. Most of my reviews are very positive and good. My interaction with the person that answered the phone was not good as well. It seems like this company hires people who have a bad work ethic, poor customer interactions, and just don't care.

My wife kept changing her mind on what exactly we wanted and Luke and Adam (owner) were PROFESSIONAL throughout the process. We ultimately decided to get the flooring from Floor and Decor as my wife loved a specific one. We also purchased the tiles from there for the wet areas and had Adam and his crew pick them up. The project started on the day Adam committed and finished on the same timeline that I was given. They installed vinyl plank, tile, baseboards and a backsplash for us at a very competitive price. Not only would I hire Atomic Construction again in the future, by I will certainly refer them to anyone I know.
