I am re~writing & deleting my old review because of the exemplary service I have received since writing my 1st one! First I have l Ioved my Hyperion water softner unit since I washed my hands for the 1st time. (That was never an issue. My issue was re~ordering my free soaps which Hyperion has more than resolved) My skin has gotten so soft and honestly I use half the lotion I used to have to apply to my skin more than a few times a day! My hair has even gotten healthier and Grown since I purchased my Hyperion water softner unit almost a year to date. But the service I received after writing my 1st review is beyond exceptional. The Owner of Hyperion himself Dan, sent me a text message & asked if he could call me! Of course I said yes, and after the phone call I can honestly say he's probably one of the nicest men I have ever talked to. To have an owner personally reach out is something that has never happened in my life! And Alvaro ( an employee who also reached out) offering his assistance even sent me a text message explaining how to get to my Yelp reviews so I could update my review & yes very embarrassingly I needed it. The way employees conduct themselves really reflects how the Owner treats them & Dan must really be great to work for. ( I would do just about do anything to work for) Their system and service is the best on the market in my opinion. I hope if anyone reading this is trying to decide who to buy a water softner unit from I hope this review helps them to choose Hyperion. Exceptional customer service AND softner unit. Tucson az, This review has been a long time coming I've had the system for about a year now I don't have a problem with the system itself other than after shopping around I probably would've went salt less and I think I could've paid a lot less My real problem is with the salesman and the follow up. We called. So we already wanted a water softener as is for the skin benefit benefits However, the salesman told us our drinking Water would be crystal clear out of our refrigerator like it is in restaurants. And he also used a TDS meter to show how many particulates there are in our drinking water out of our fridge. And said that that number would be below 100 just like it is in the bottled water that he brought us to test. When they came to follow up, they did not use the TDS meter. Only tested to make sure that the chlorine was out of the water. so I bought my own TDS meter and it is still exactly the same in the fridge as it was before I got the system and the ice is just as murky. And the free soap they give you is not worth anything cause it sucks I highly recommend you look elsewhere read more

They left a fake letter in our mailbox that we were missing a parcel only just to convince us to schedule them out to our home. As new homeowners it made us uncomfortable with the lack of transparency. We know moving forward if we have any water system or treatment needs, Hyperion will not even be an option to use. read more

Their service department is a no show. I spent weeks trying to schedule a visit because: -- Whenever I left a voicemail, no one called back. -- When I would call, I would be waiting for the call to be picked up for over 10 minutes, making it hard to do so during work breaks. -- When I reached someone over the phone, she asked me to wait even more. -- When I couldn't she said she would call me back, and never did. -- When I called and managed to reach her, she stated that she left voicemails. But no voicemails were left. They are one those shady companies that only focus on selling you the system and the filters afterwards. read more

Hyperion has sent my household 4 postcards claiming that we have a 'parcel on hold'. We aren't their customers, did not ask for the marketing, and their brand is not named anywhere on the postcard. This type of marketing manipulates people into feeling urgency that they missed something they paid for. It's unethical at best. It's also illegal as they did not include their company name. When I called to inquire about the 'parcel' they let me know that they send those out so we'll schedule a water test with them. The person who answered the phone was extremely dismissive when I mentioned that in 2025 this type of marketing is teaching us all not to trust each other and is a problem. From this experience alone, I would not work with this company. read more

We moved to Marana, AZ from Everett, WA and found that the water down here was far inferior to that fresh Puget Sound Northwest water. The hard water stained our windows, tub basins, dishes and the beautiful shine on our new car, we purchased just before relocating down to the desert. After a year, we thought all hope was lost, but Reggie Rome, a Hyperion Elite Systems Rep, gave us a full demonstration of the water quality, before and after applying their purification process. OMG! The difference was amazing and it really did feel like our move was worth it and we could gen enjoy our new home. The windows, sink and tub basins, dishes and even our car was brought back to the newness we had hoped for. We will never go back to that hard water! To top it off, the showers! Never going back! George visited my house and performed his sales presentation. I was already in the market for a system and I recently had another company at my home about 1 week prior. My only issue, and I told George, is that I felt their marketing approach through having mailing cards stating people have packages waiting on them was quite deceitful. Fast forward, I had the system installed by Shane and it was obvious this was nowhere near his first install. I was a little let down when Shane could not connect the reverse osmosis to my refrigerator water input since the line did not run from the sink. I did notice a few things that I did want adjusted after the install that I did not notice immediately. They were very minor adjustments, so I had a conversation with Armando and he organized to have Shane return. Shane returned to my house and made the adjustments I requested with no delay. I was quite impressed and his attitude was fantastic. I say that because I know some technicians conduct adjustments with a chip on their shoulder. He was fantastic throughout his time at my house. A salesperson came by and convinced me that I need a system. However, they didn't convince me that their $7k system is the right one to get. If you call the number it just asks for you name and phone number and says they will be in touch. This seemed like a scam so I googled the number and found dozens of people saying things like: DON'T CALL THE NUMBER!!!!! This scam is so an Arizona company called HYPERION ELITE SYSTEMS INC can get YOUR phone number to harass you with countless phone calls to try to sell you a Water Filtration Systems. Targeting Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler Arizona. How it works, Hyperion Elite Systems Inc looks for recently sold homes on publicly accessible Maricopa county databases. Name of the new owner etc, they then send via mail this fake Parcel Tracking Notice, the victim will not recognize this as a fake notice, calls the phone number on the card quotes the 6-digit number on the card employees of the company that then use it for marketing. Not sure how to rate them, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that yesterday was a fluke. They were scheduled to come by at 10:00 AM. Waited all day, gave them a call in the evening. The person who answered said they came by at 10:00, rang the doorbell and left a phone message for me. We were home all day, I was in the garage all morning, our Ring has no record of them and it's extremely sensitive and there is no phone message for us and she verified that they had the correct number. As a result, I have chosen not to avail their services based on the statement that they claimed all these contacts mentioned above. Not sure if they went to the wrong house, called the wrong number or someone is covering for their "visit". I would have given them a 1, but I hope that there was some honest mistake. I had no idea who he was, answered the door and he said i'm here to rest your water. I said okay. I only know his name because of calling in to ask who he was as he would not tell me his name or anything, even after I asked him several times once he become extremely hostile, aggressive, and abrupt. He kept trying to intimidate me in my own house. I was not able to get the whole altercation on video. I feared for my safety and my wife's as he begin to get irate once I said 7,000 dollars is a lot. As Chad, left he threatened me in my house and made a comment as he was leaving "everyone gets what's they got coming for them." However, just prior to the appointment time, I received a call telling me that my wife needed to be present in order for the technician to come.
