We had a R/O system and a water softener system in our home. The R/O system had a leak at installation and wasn't noticed at the time -- it ruined the cabinet with its water damaged -- when tech came our to repair the leak he was suppose to show the pictures (he took) to the owner Matt and they would take care of it. Never heard anything -- When I spoke to the sales rep (Joshua) later he said he would would pass along to Matt with the pictures that I supplied Spoke to Matt (not very nice) -- he basically said that because it was some time he wouldn't do anything about it. I LOVE Clear Water -- I'm a repeat customer. My first purchase was a whole-home water filtration system and I followed that up with an RO + Alkaline system shortly after. Matt personally came to my home prior to my install and explained the process, and the installations were quick! When my husband and I moved to Gilbert, we realized quickly how gross and unsafe the water is... I'm showing a photo of the TDS meter below (528ppm!) of our tap water (prior to install). In case anyone doesn't know this, the maximum contamination level on the U.S. EPA chart is 500ppm ... so you can see how bad the water is here! It wasn't much better from our fridge filtered water -- 342ppm. The ideal drinking water level is 0-50ppm. We were drinking and doing everything from bottled water and getting tired of it. It was an easy decision to get an RO + Alkaline filter put in. ART is a homie! Thanks, man!! Great communication, great personality, and SO kind! We weren't able to be home during install but I knew CW would handle business and they did! service was contracted through Home Depot. I was told they would be at my home first thing in the morning. they called me at about 11:15 to tell he was on his way. i then recieved a message at about 12.50 telling me the was on the way. he showed up at 2:00. The repairman, worked quickly, cleaned up after himself and made sure that the water heater was working properly and was done inside of an hour. What a refreshing experience in these times when so many business's/contractors don't follow through or don't show up at all! It started with a phone call with the owner Matt who asked me a series of questions to determine what I needed for way of a water softener. I had done some prior research and somewhat knew what I needed but Im not the expert! Matt than directed me to his website where their prices are clearly posted..no trickery or behind the back pricing! He recommended a 32,000 grain (its only myself and my husband in a small 1200 sq ft home and assured me it would also be big enough if we have occasional guests.) Now, I had spoken with 2 other companies who assured me that I needed at least a 48,000 grain (even though numerous google sites did not suggest one that big) and when asked couldn't really tell me why they suggested one that size. The installer arrived at the exact appointment time. Was very efficient in installing the reverse osmosis system. When he was installing the water softener, he went beyond helpful as he found the water pressure valve at the house was defective. He stayed while the plumber came and told him to replace the valve rather than just adjusting it. Outstanding customer experience and value. I needed a water softener replaced so the loop was already installed. I called a handful of services. Most were going to charge me $2000-$3000. One place even tried to sell me an RO system by telling me that softened water is unsafe to drink. I spoke to the owner Matt who answer all of my questions. When I called back with more questions he was happy to oblige. I even called so he could help me understand why his costs were so much lower than his competition. At the end of the day, I got a much better system that I had before with integrated self-cleaning carbon filter for almost half of what any other place was going to charge me.
