I had to update my initial review with CWC (where I had them install a water softening system) after my recent experience with them servicing my R/O system. In a nutshell, it did not feel much like the old company I had a positive experience with a few years ago. There seems to have been a lot of turnover of people, the tech was a trainee being supervised which was fine by me. There was non stop upselling, on how "old" my system was and difficult to service but it was still working and had no leaks so I didn't see a reason to change it and they coincidentally had a replacement system in the truck "just in case" I wanted it. And in contradiction to what the scheduler told me, they refused to even look at the water softener while they were there, but again whatever. The issue began on day 2 after service when the R/O had no pressure and there was a "water running down the drain sound" all day and all night. When I called the next day for them to come back a look at it they said it would be a service visit that would need to be paid for which was incredulous to me. It wasn't worth aggravation for me so I just decided to move on to a company that would place more value on service after the sale read more

my husband and I had the best experience with David. He was so informative, respectful, polite, and had an incredibly engaging and upbeat personality. He answered every single question and we definitely felt like we made an informed decision to switch over to a new system. So far the system has been amazing. Water comes out so clear and is sweet tasting! My skin is so soft my daughter, who is a newborn was having acne outbreaks on her face and neck... her skin is completely clear within two baths using the water filtered by the new system !! can't say enough positive things about my experience! VERY happy read more

Matt with clear water was very helpful and answered any question I had. Good pricing and quick installation. Highly recommend clear water concepts! read more

Had the Olympus Water Softener, 32,000, installed by this great company. I had received a quote from Stevens Plumbing, Inc. for the identical system for $2380. Clear Water Concepts did it for $1362.98. This was the price they listed on their Web site. They gave me a quote one day and installed the next. The installer Taylor was very professional and the work done was the best. Being a very good handyman myself I feel very qualified to judge the work as excellent, or worth a Five star. Note that the job entailed doing the work without a pre-existing loop. read more

Clear Water is very professional, did a great job helping us navigate the right system for us and at a reasonable price. We didn't already have a loop system so they had to dig and install that and talked with us through out the entire process to make sure it'd fit in with our existing structure. We were really impressed and happy with the service. And finally we have good safe, drinking water that won't ruin our pipes, faucets, etc so happy with it! read more

10-12-19 This company is fantastic, the owner got right on my request and was scheduled within an hour. From the first call with Matt to the install by Gerry everything went so well. After discussing with Gerry the placement of the water softing equipment, he did a superb install. He also did the yearly checkup of the RO system in the kitchen. We give 5 star review. read more

We had Clear Water install our 2nd water softener and RO system. They installed the 1st system 20 years ago and they were great again. Their prices are still half the cost of their competitors. I love local, family owned and run companies that take care of their customers. Great quality products with several options with no pressure. Anyone looking for a water system should consider Clear Water Concepts. read more

Worked with Josh to purchase a whole house filtration system and RO. Pricing is transparent across the board and he was super easy to work with. Art installed the system today, he was timely and flexible while I worked from home. Super friendly service and answered allll of my questions! They went above and beyond! read more

I needed a new water softener as my old one wasn't working any more. I called and found them to be very straight forward and helpful. It shouldn't be a mystery to purchase a water softener with all kinds of upsells. Clear Water Concepts was open about their product, pricing and services. Pricing was straight forward, simple and reasonable. The installer arrived on time and did a great job. Bottom line... I'm satisfied and definitely recommend them. read more

So far the products installed have been working great! I appreciate the owner following up with me and providing me detailed information about his products without me having to chase after him. The competitor company, never even returned my voicemail. They emailed me a breakdown of cost but not what any of their stuff is. Clear water concepts has detailed flyers that give a first timer like me basic information I need to move forward with a water softener. His technician was very kind. My only complaint is that I wish they would've given a disclaimer that they have to turn the water off at certain points of installation because I had my cleaning crew over and it was a bit of chaos. Like I said, I've never had a water softener before so have no idea what the process is. Either way, we all survived. Lol. read more

This company is on top of it!! I received quotes, answers, etc very quickly and you can tell they care about you as a customer. I purchased a Sanitech Pro-Line System: Whole House Filtration/Softening and could not be happier. They installed it quick and easily and the installer was very nice and answered my questions. I had to message them some other questions after install and they got right back to me. 5 stars! I will use them again for some investment homes we own. read more

Updating my review cause they finally contact me and help me with my water softener machine. My technician Jerald? (Jerry?) Was great and helpful. He was knowledgeable and patience with my questions. Leaving it a 4 stars cause they do they a while to call you back Worse company ever. Called them twice asked to come check out my water softener system and R.O system. Never gotten a call back. They do not care about their customers. Not recommended anybody to use. read more

Excellent experience from start to finish. I manage a rental property that needed a new water softener and I was able to complete everything with Matt via email until the payment, which he took over the phone. He coordinated with my tenants so I didn't even have to be on-site. They were fantastic to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. read more

It's been 6 years now and my system is still up and running as if it was just installed! I get new filters put in my RO system every year and they do a quick check of my water softening system and everything is still like new. I highly recommend this business! read more

Clear Water Concepts were referred to me by a friend who used them to install a whole house system and was very happy with the process and pricing. We opted for both the whole house system and RO. Matt was very accommodating and easy to work with. No high pressure sales pitch, just good, honest information that enabled me to decide the best option for our home. The installation was done as scheduled and at the price quoted. I'd definitely recommend Matt and Clear Water Concepts! read more

My house has been a customer of Clear Water Concepts since well before I bought the home over 12 years ago. Until recently, they have been very trustworthy, conscientious, and responsive. Especially Matt Ulrich. Approximately two months ago, however, an in-line "big blue" filter split vertically and spewed water in my absence throughout the garage. We secured water to the premises. When called, they came out the same day and replaced the filter and the housing. Now, just over two months later, they refused to respond on a similar issue. The filter housing again failed--just after a couple of months, again spewing water everywhere throughout the garage, out onto the driveway, and into the street until we could shut the water off. Their website says they are open from 9am until 1pm on Saturdays. And this website also promises a one hour response time. Both of these statements are sadly untrue. I respectfully waited until after 0900 to call despite the mess. When my call to the business was first made, I was told my call was important, and I would get help. Little did I know that my call went to an answering service, but I was told that someone would get back to me. Five (5) phone calls later and after promises from an answering service that my messages that I had NO water at my house were being delivered , I finally received a late afternoon text that basically said, "not my problem. Call a plumber." After a couple thousand dollars invested with Clear Water Concepts, including two water softeners and several in-line filters, housings, etc., it is now clear to me that this company does not stand behind the quality of their products, installation, and workmanship. read more

Always professional and prompt. Hard to find that these days. This is the second home we've had them install softener and RO. Highly recommend them. read more

Clearwater concepts installed soft water and an RO system in my home 3 years ago. I can't say enough about this company and the reliability of their products . I typically change my own filters in doing so this past holiday weekend I developed a small leak, I was forced to turn off the system over the holiday weekend. I called this Monday morning at 9 AM they had a technician at my home less than two hours later. Jason was both polite, professional and knowledgeable. he serviced our system in no time at all. Clearwater concepts is an A++ business with great customer service! read more

Just replaced my previous water softener system which the wife was never happy about. It left hard water stains on the dishwasher as well as dishes. It just never did what it was supposed to do. Now to the present....... After a couple of days of research, I came across Clear Water Concepts. No pressure selling. The rep asked what my needs were on a "whole house" water system. Directed me to their website of which went into detail about the various systems. They didn't try to oversell me on something that I didn't need. Asked how many in the household that would be using the system and then matched me up with the system that would meet our needs. No pressure. The price was right (in fact, I was surprised) on the overall cost. The installer was very professional and went over the operation of the whole system upon completion of the install. We are very pleased with the process and product thus far and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a whole house water system. read more

I had Clear Water reverso osmosis and water softener installed in my big house sometime around 2009. It was still going strong when we sold in 2020. So when it was time for RO in our new condo, I didn't even research other companies; just hired Matt again. Best service, best tasting water, best value! Especially for the tight space under the sink of my new condo, the installation was perfect. He placed the unit flush against the back wall so I had as much room as possible for my other stuff. He cleaned everything up meticulously. We explored retrofitting to the fridge, going thru new cabinets etc, and the installer was honest enough to recommend against it. Means I fill my fridge's auto-fill jug by hand, but it's worth it. My recent service May 2023: I called because the water stopped running. Art found the problem: my leaky sink pipes dripped into the RO filter pan and popped the sensor. So he fixed the leak! Not even his product! No charge! Flawless quick thorough service, always. One of the best service contractors I've ever worked with. read more

Clear Water Concepts did a fantastic job installing my water softener and Reverse Osmosis systems! I used Yelp to contact Clear Water Concepts and my request was answered quickly. Matt came out do do a consultation, and he was professional, informative, and wasn't pressuring me to make a decision like the larger companies. After the consultation we set up a date for installation, the team came out at the time I was told they would arrive, and installed the Water Softener System for the house and the Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink. We have been extremely happy with both systems! Their pricing was great too! I would recommend Clear Water Concepts to anyone that needs great water! read more

They were great! Very communicative and provided a quote with no hidden charges. Believe me, I asked a lot of questions and all we answered very thoroughly and promptly. The technician who installed kept in touch with me as he ran into traffic delays regarding his ETA and he was very informative during and after the install. Install only took approximately an hour. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

After moving to our new house at Gilbert, Arizona, I realised that softner and filter was a must. I researched a lot before selecting Clear water concepts. Good communication and quick to schedule us in for a water softener unit. Excellent service.

Fantastic company. Matt responded immediately to my request for a quote on a whole-house filter/softener system with RO. He showed up to initial consult exactly on time, laid out several options and let me choose which way to go instead of trying to push a system that would have been overkill for my simple needs. Installer Jerry likewise came out right on time, explained exactly what he would be doing, introduced himself properly to my cats, got to work and finished the installation an hour earlier than I'd expected. My water no longer tastes like it's piped directly from the cooling ponds at Palo Verde, my dishes and clothes are cleaner, my showers are more refreshing and my plants are happier. I'm 100% happy with Clear Water and recommend them without reservation. read more
