We had a good experience with Allegiance Water Services overall - everyone we interacted with was…read morefriendly, professional, and great about communicating. They were able to narrow down our water leak to the main irrigation line and brought out a listening device to try to pinpoint exactly where the leak was located. Unfortunately, they weren't able to find it with the listening equipment. My main concern was that injecting gas into the line to further localize the leak was never presented to us as another option. Instead, the recommendation was to replace the entire mainline, which would have been a fairly substantial project and required cutting through our concrete patio. Given the scope of the proposed work, we decided to get a second opinion before moving forward. The second company injected gas into the irrigation line, rapidly located the leak (thankfully nowhere near the patio), and was able to repair that specific section without any major construction necessary. Overall, Allegiance was very pleasant to work with and I suspect they're quite good for many plumbing and water-related issues. Based on our experience, though, if you have an irrigation leak they can't locate with the listening device and the next recommendation is a complete line replacement, I'd definitely get a second opinion and ask whether gassing the line is an option before committing to a much larger project.

Marshall, the technician who came out, went thru my entire system and found that it was merely a small condensation valve and line that needed to be cleared out. He completed that job in just a few minutes and stayed with me until the house had cooled down from 88 to 78 degrees. This service was a small fraction of the cost of a new compressor. Professional, prompt, caring. How refreshing it is to have an honest vendor tell you the truth and do the job with an eye on long term relationships and not short term profits. Their exceptional Yelp ratings and A+ Better Business Bureau rating made the recommendation even stronger. Although I was working through my warranty company, I wanted an independent assessment, so I called Zest Plumbing & Drain. The operator asked a few questions and said someone would arrive within two hours. About 45 minutes later, Len Gibbs knocked on my door. Len was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. He listened carefully, explained my options, answered my questions, and provided several thoughtful suggestions tailored to my situation. About two hours later, I received a text and an email with the estimates. The estimates were three pages long and included the three options that Len had suggested. Len called back and kindly asked whether I had any questions or wanted to proceed. He also said that if I chose to work with the company, they would be proud to service my house.
