Holy cow. On a saturday at 5:10 we called and by about 5:20 Donald was at our house in Goodyear. Done by 6 pm and did not charge an exorbitant fee by any means! We tried to remove a valve under a sink and the flange stuck. We even tried the flange removal tool and bent it! He had to use a saw to cut the flange to remove it - and the second valve was the same if not worse! Did a fantastic job; was very polite and nice. Very highly recommend!! My mothers old house had a bathroom leak and the toilet water valve that goes in the wall had rusted and broken off. Had to shut off the water to the house, so I needed it fixed today. Lucky Don was able to get to me in 40 mins and had the valve, the hose and the toilet water valve replaced as well since that quit working before my very eyes, it happens in 3s apparently.
