We contacted this plumber to clean out a clogged sewer line because of their yelp reviews The Bradley representative told us that they would "pull out" whatever was clogging the sewer line. They didn't do it at all. The Bradley representativey never told us that they might not be able to pull out whatever was causing the clogged sewer line at all. We would never use this plumber ever again because they misrepresented what they would do. Update:After I made this review, the plumber went out again and ran a camera thru the sewer line and they sent me the video showing a tree root in the sewer line. His video and my snapshotphoto of his video clearly shows that the tree root blocks almost the entire sewer line. First of all, they showed up on time, and I was sent a notice of their arrival time before their appt time. I am having issues with sewer smell from laundry room, and instead of up charging us and directly starting to cut into walls, they recommended a product to clean out our lines first, give it a week, and get back to them if the smell persists. Which family owned company do you know of that would do that? Most are all about money, but clearly Bradley plumbing is about doing what is right. By Tuesday morning, a team of three guys arrived at my home on time. Within an hour, they had it mostly up and running, and by an hour and 15 minutes, they were cleaned up and heading back out to their truck. The owner, Brad, was one of the guys that showed up to do the work, and he was super friendly, professional, and careful with our home. I had Brad come out to repair my kitchen sink faucet. He did a good job & was an affordable price. I made two appts for him to come back to fix a leak on my backyard faucet which was leaking around the hose but he failed to show up for either appt and never called me to say he wasn't coming. This is inappropriate as I lost 4 hours waiting on him & he was a no-show. He lost out on many other big projects like a filter water system & new water heater both would have been big jobs & good money for him. My hose wouldn't shut off completely, the valve just kept turning. Fortunately it was more than a drip but less than a full blast stream of water and I just stuck the hose in my pool. I called Bradley Plumbing Sunday morning, sent over a video and some pictures of the spigot/hose whatever you call it (it's technically called a bib) and he came out Monday morning which was Labor Day. I will say this. He was not the first company I called. We called roto rooter Saturday night and they came out Sunday morning and they quoted us $520 if it was a simple repair, and $720 if they had to cut into the wall. If they had to cut the wall, I would have to hire someone else to repair the cut wall. Bradley Plumbing quoted us $120 for the job, but said it's possible it could be more. In the end the price was indeed $120 total, $400 cheaper than the first plumbing company we called.
