They didn't do it at all. The Bradley representativey never told us that they might not be able to pull out whatever was causing the clogged sewer line at all. We would never use this plumber ever again because they misrepresented what they would do. Update:After I made this review, the plumber went out again and ran a camera thru the sewer line and they sent me the video showing a tree root in the sewer line. His video and my snapshotphoto of his video clearly shows that the tree root blocks almost the entire sewer line. The plumber claims that he 'cleared' the sewer line but obviously that's not the case at all.

I placed a claim with my home warranty company and they sent the service request to Matthew at Go Go Rooter. He called me a bit after that and explained that the home warranty company's office is closed on weekends and cannot approve work so it would probably have to wait until Monday. Regardless, he said he'd do his best to get a hold of somebody to approve the work. Unfortunately he could not and it had to wait until today/Monday. I had to go to work but I let Matthew know my wife would be home all day and he could perform the work any time. My wife tells me, he shows up, ensures the water heater does indeed need replaced and replaces it. She tells me that he was the consummate professional the entire time, was courteous, and answered all her questions. She was even unaware of how the warranty process worked and tried to pay him money we did not owe him and he turned it down! This combination of professionalism, workmanship, knowledge, and honesty is exceedingly rare in the valley. When you come across it, it is important to get the word out because these are the people that deserve your business. If I have any more plumbing problems covered by warranty, I can only hope they hook me up with Go Go Rooter again. If I have non warranty work, Matthew will be my first call and I implore you to make him your first call as well.

However, the reality was the exact opposite. He is a total two faced scumbag working for a fraudulent company. **Damage to Home:** Tate was supposed to replace a corroded kitchen faucet but to try to avoid responsibility and coverage all he did was tighten it so aggressively until it caused a major leak, resulting in water damage to the cabinetry underneath. **Negligence & Bad Faith:** He spent less than 5 minutes in my home and claimed he was "unable to inspect" the angle stops and water softener. I later discovered this was a deliberate attempt to avoid performing covered repairs under my home warranty. He chose to lie to the warranty company to ENSURE my claims were denied, despite the items being clearly covered. **Zero Accountability:** Since his visit, I have called J&L and Tate over 10 times and left countless voicemails. I have never received a single return call. Every time I reach the receptionist, I am told he is "busy" and then promptly hung up on. This is an UNETHICAL company that colludes with warranty providers to avoid doing work, while actively damaging customer property in the process. I have officially filed a complaint with the state regulatory agencies and considering complain to Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) regarding their conduct.
