Our water softener failed Sunday evening and all of our lines were clogged with the media. We called Dave and he walked us through all of the steps to help us without hesitation. He could have just said I'll be right over and charges us tons of money to do some simple easy things. The next day he stopped by because we were still having some issues with the showers and tub faucets. By the time Dave got there everything was working fine. He took time out of his day to explain what happened and that we did everything right to remedy the issue. He also explained the benefits of installing a different type of water conditioner. It is as good as it gets! David went out of his way to go to Lowes and purchase on my behalf a new toilet discovering after unpacking the one I purchased had a broken base. He did not have to take time out of his schedule to do this. He could of easily rescheduled. Instead he went to Lowe's purchased a replacement and finished the installation. Dave is the man! I had a issue with my bathtub faucet and I called up Dave at 7am. He wanted to walk me through how to fix my faucet and also told me where to get the part and he wasn't even going to charge me for the coaching??? What plumber would do that? My man Dave! That's who. Great Company! I have a water softener, the old kind with salt, it started leaking. Dave came out and replaced it with a NUVO system. What a difference. The installation was great and it is so much smaller that the old system. Dave spent the time after installation to show me how to change the filter and how it works. 5 stars are not enough. He saved us so much. We had a schedule with Dave to put in a new toilet which he picked up and brought upstairs and installed and then took the old toilet for us. The day before he was scheduled our kitchen sink started leaking again. With no notice, he fixed it for us and had to redo everything under the sink. I needed my T&P relief valve replaced on my Solarhart water heater. I called 3 other companies, none wanted to work on a "Solar" heater. The valve is/was the exact same as those installed on all water heaters. I told them this but they still refused. Buckeye Plumbing took my case, and arrived in a couple hours.
