They didn't do it at all. The Bradley representativey never told us that they might not be able to pull out whatever was causing the clogged sewer line at all. We would never use this plumber ever again because they misrepresented what they would do. Update:After I made this review, the plumber went out again and ran a camera thru the sewer line and they sent me the video showing a tree root in the sewer line. His video and my snapshotphoto of his video clearly shows that the tree root blocks almost the entire sewer line. The plumber claims that he 'cleared' the sewer line but obviously that's not the case at all.

We ultimately paid way too much for a basic 50 gallon hot water heater swap (bundled price of almost $3000). I was out of town and my wife was busy with work when this happened. We had used Bumble Bee Plumbing in the past and trusted them. That trust has been broken and will never return. My wife left a Google review. There was a response posted as "response from the owner" which left a phone number of 602-813-0298 to call so we could speak with their "manager" to address our concerns. I tried to call that number twice...it's been disconnected! Do your research, get multiple bids and verify that the company you are calling is truly LOCALLY OWNED and has not been rolled up under some private equity structure. We have all seen countless stories about how private equity could care less about the customer and how they leave a trail of destruction and debt in the end. It's largely about profits, margins and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization). This is the valuation metric that's referenced (with a multiple applied) when they sell. In most cases, that's ultimately ALL PRIVATE EQUITY FIRMS CARE ABOUT! It's a sad yet not surprising story on the fleecing of America! All I can say about Bumble Bee Plumbing is my experience was very different this time and it appears that since my last time using them, private equity has gotten involved. I'll let you draw your own conclusions! Would love to see a customer advocacy/awareness story on one of the local news affiliates about how private equity has consolidated so many previously locally owned trade businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical). We originally hired them to install a water heater, and paid for both a drip pan and overflow line--which were never installed, even though they were clearly listed on our invoice and paid in full. After our home required water mitigation, the water heater had to be temporarily removed. When we called yesterday to have it reconnected, we were told there would be no charge--which made sense, considering they didn't complete the job properly the first time. Then today, out of nowhere, they tried to charge us $900 to reconnect it--claiming that because a "third party" removed the water heater, our warranty was void. Funny how that wasn't an issue when the water mitigation company removed it, and they never brought it up before. This feels like nothing more than a bait-and-switch combined with price gouging. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way--especially when the original job wasn't done correctly to begin with. I would never use Cactus Valley Plumbing again and absolutely do not recommend them. Dishonest, overpriced, and completely lacking in accountability.
