I had an issue with my guest bathroom toilet as well as 2 sinks in my Master bathroom. I called and they were out to help me the very next day! I had one professional come out first. He was on time and very knowledgeable and helpful. After identifying and fixing my first issue, another member of their team came out and proceeded to fix my second issue with ease. These guys not only fixed my problems but because it was an easier job than expected I received a better price that I was not expecting. so far a 5 based on other reviews time will tell.. but this company saved me im disabled and senior didnt have use of toilet or kitchen sink for a month very hard.. they gave me a price and did the job same day.. was a bit confused not getting a reciept was told will be mailed to me.. the two men Tim and i got get the others man that did the works name but both were very kind and cleaned up after themselfve most company dont .. i was so greatful i started crying to get my life back on track again. one less thing i need to deal with now.. read more

Bad experience. Never received an estimate. Took a return trip to get the shower control correct Never showed us the receipt for the replacement valve. Charged us $450 for a two hour job. Would never use them again. read more

Let me first say that the work was fantastic. I had a guy here working for about an hour and he did a wonderful job. However, I'm very unsatisfied with the billing process. I had a pipe leaking, so I called Degorge plumbing. The owner and 1 worker came over right away. After inspecting the leak, the owner left rather quickly. Before the work started, I asked the worker how much it would cost...he didn't know. I called the owner, no answer. I texted the owner, no answer. Because of the leak, I didn't really have a choice but to have the worker start fixing. A few days later I received a bill via email for a extremely high amount. It was higher than my lawyer's hourly rate. I strongly disagreed with the bill, but I paid it anyways. I've had the same experience with Locksmiths. They like to come over, unlock your door really quickly before discussing pricing, and then bill you an exorbitant amount for a small amount of time. I'm going to give the owner the benefit of the doubt and assume that he wasn't dishonest by rushing out of the house before quoting me a price. However, I do believe that its bad business practice, and its something that they should work on in the future. read more

2.5 stars -- I was initially very satisfied with my experience with Degeorge Plumbing. They were pretty responsive and I was able to get an appointment in about a week. Everything was great until I saw the bill (for approx 20 minutes worth of work). It came out to over 200 bucks! I was a bit shocked since the two plumbers who came over to fix my leaky faucet didn't mention it would be that expensive to replace a very small part. Pretty sure I was robbed! At least my faucet doesn't drip anymore. I definitely will be looking for another plumber elsewhere... I have LOTS more work to be done for somebody out there with a better price... read more

If you need an honest plumber, look no further. After searching for a plumber to fix our bathroom sink, my mom ran into a lot of disrespectful and rude guys before finding Clark at De George. He's incredibly kind and his prices are more than fair. We were quoted hundreds by others to fix our problem. With De George, we paid less than $100 and he did a wonderful job. They are no longer located on 19th Avenue due to the Light Rail but the phone number is the same. 1516 W Palmer Dr. Phoenix AZ, 85021 (15the Ave & Hatcher). My mom was not home when he arrived to fix our sink, and I wasn't sure if I had the cash on hand to pay him. He said he had an errand to run and offered to return at a later time during the day for the payment. Luckily he takes plastic! I have an 1950's house, that had a backup and needed some repairs due to age of the pipes. I demoed the block wall of where the issue was occurring. I identified the issue as a backup and the repairs that were needed. I called Degeorge plumbing, Dennis answered and said he would be over in about an hour to inspect and provide an estimate. He did arrive during the time he specified. He looked over and provided a quote for work that needed to be performed. His plan seemed through and provided a fair estimate. He requested I do a little further demo and that his repair guys would arrive in a couple of hours. Greg and another repairman arrived a little before time specified. Took a couple of measurements and left to get parts. They came back about hour and half later and started the repair and the rooter. The repair was done properly and looks clean. The repair upgraded the old plumbing and added a clean out which I previously did not have. They unclogged the line. There service was good and the final bill came in a little over the estimate. The "work" I had done was in September of last year. I just noticed that I never completed this review. I complete it now because I feel it's important that people are educated when making a decision that may result in high invoices. Simple repairs were dragged out over months. "They" created two (2) water leaks during their repairs; one on a hard wood floor the other on tile but effected wood floor boards. During several rescheduled appointments, the majority of the time Dennis was anywhere from 1 to 3 1/2 hours late. Once, after being 2 hours late, Dennis texted me that he was going to stop for lunch and would be here afterwards. After 3 1/2 hours Dennis showed up with a grade schooler, without my authorization, that I needed to entertain after I had just gotten out of the hospital. All communication is done via text. One scheduled visit was to install new faucets that he agreed to purchase. When he arrived to install, he had no memory that he had agreed to obtain the materials. When I was quoted information from his employee/partner that was contradictory to what he said, he said he has worked with this [Hispanic} employee for 15 years, but blamed a "communication barrier". Please remember, I was being charged for each house visit. After several problems, incorrect estimates, missed appointments I asked for a written estimate. He refused, saying that everything would be fair and we would never need to fuss over the invoice. He ended up not finishing the job that he agreed to. The work that was done was shoddy. I had to hire an additional plumb company to finish the work. Proceed with caution. read more

I called DeGeorge Plumbing on a Sunday night when I arrived home from being out of town to find my master bedroom flooded. They came right over, fixed the leak, help me move my furniture and got my water back on so that I didn't have to leave home. Then they were amazing at helping with the rebuild, super friendly, clean, punctual and even managed and advocated for me when dealing with the insurance claim. They are well connected in the Phoenix area and had other contractors that they recommended to help me with other aspect of the repair. I couldn't have asked for more helpful, resourceful or knowledgeable service men. I recommend them to everyone and I will never use another plumber again! read more

We had an under slab leak. If you could only imagine the shock and fear that causes, but Dennis and his crew quickly made us feel relaxed. Wow! Can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Our water heater started leaking right before going out of town later that day. We got an immediate response and he was at our house within an hour. Evaluated the situation, gave us several options for the fix, along with cost. We wound up replacing our water heater, and the entire operation was completed in a couple of hours. The man who came to do the work was clean, polite, and very knowledgeable.
