TCH installed a new AC unit for us and we had a really good experience. They were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and explained everything without trying to upsell us or make things confusing. The install went smoothly and they were professional the whole time. Living in Arizona, AC is something you definitely don't want to mess around with, so it was nice finding a company we felt we could trust. Do not believe what you are told on the phone when calling to question TCH plumbing regarding costs. They will charge for a " trip fee". They will charge for travel time to get parts. The $180 per hour fee they state turned into much more per hour . For the total time of 2 hours spent for the worker to do the job including getting and replacing the approximate $175 cost of parts and to do the work I was charged $830. The math does not add up. The worker is well schooled on how to explain the rip off charge they make. Plus the installed plumbing parts are not lined up level horizontally as they should be. read more

TCH plumbing and Air did a tune up on our A/C units to prepare them for them for the scorching AZ heat. They were very professional and did a wonderful job on the maintenance of the units. Such a disappointment. Felt like it was a blind repair job. Plus I was charged $200 just for the consultation. Plumber spent 5 hours on a shower leak. Pulled the wrong cartridge. Bought replacement from a shop half hour away, (a hour charge), stumbled thru and made calls to manager or mentor for help. Cut some screws. I am praying he didn't jeopardize this portion Somehow made non dripping shower drizzle(?) told me it was just a drip and I could wait til tomorrow for him to "repair" it. Video of said dip attached. stated new cartridge was broken.he had to leave to go repair a previous work order. He came back that evening after I called office and said I could not sleep with that drizzle as well as waste that much water. He came back later that evening. Somehow he did stop the drizzle but could not stay and fix my original drip. He came back the next day to replace the "new" cartridge, guess what? Old drip returned. He wanted to charge me for his return. This incompetency. Later the office stated I would not be charged for the next day visit. I did not run my shower until later that evening, drip still there.i collected so much residual water in a bowl. I'm so over them. They did want to send their main plumber out. But I was sick and so aggravated by waste of time from previous attempts , I really could not tolerate them any more so I called another plumber, turns out the plumber replaced the wrong shower cartridge. Wasted $810. For wasting my time! Wow! I spent another $900 for peace of mind and professionalism, (shout out to Ben Franklin plumbing) PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME I don't have the time, tolerance, or money to waste. Tate gets at least 5 stars for his work, attitude and prompt service! I called on Friday evening , August 1st, 2025 and he answered the phone! My water heater, that I personally installed 6 years ago, from Home Depot, broke and leaked all over our garage. I now do not recommend the Home Depot water heater, as mine had a 12 year warranty and barely made it half way. Tate showed up at 9:00 am on Saturday morning, with new water heater, a blazing 104 temperature and an eager attitude to get us up and running. He single handedly lifted out the old water heater and had us up and running by 11:30 am. He quoted us a price on Friday evening, and kept that price when he was finished. No changing or monkey business with the price, as I have experienced many times in the past. This is a quality company and I highly recommend them for honesty and competency. Stay away from this plumbing firm! I have been a long-time customer and giving business to this plumbing company for serval years in regular basis... a few months ago, had an issue with a 40-gallon water heater, they stopped by and charged me a few hundred dollars servicing it. Very next week the water heater died, and this company gave me a quote to replace it with a brand-new unit. I was able to complete the project by spending 40% lower of the amount this company was requesting to get the job done. A few days ago, I requested a service to fix a leak under a kitchen sink, and a few other items. I received an estimate of $2,800 for the job. The technician did not provide any detailed information on how he had come up with this number nor any meaningful photos of anything, just a photo of under the sink. Without making a hole in the wall, he advised me that we need to break the wall for a small leak and that will impact the adjacent unit too. When I contacted the office/accounting manager to complain about the quote, I got a very uninformed and dismissive response. Then a few minutes later, the same office/accounting manger called and offered me $500 discount of the project, just because they could afford it, I guess.... I refused to proceed with the project with this firm. Then they immediately sent me a bill for $144 (one hour for diagnosis) + $25 (miscellaneous/gas) = $169 for a less than 30 minutes visit and no service. And they proceed to charge my card without my authorization. I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this company or else you will regret doing business with them. I have no doubt they are highly overpriced and incompetent; you can get the service from other plumbing firms by at least 30% less cost and better service quality. Their staff is extremely incompetent, and highly greedy. Stay away from these people... read more

I had a floor drain back up. Under our washing machine. After reaching out on Friday they had the Plumber call me to schedule. Showed up on Saturday morning right on time. So professional. Tate was his name. Spent over an hour cleaning out the drain and had his hands full. Never complained. Ran a cycle in the washer to make sure the drain worked. It did. Cleaned up after himself. Had to disconnect the lines etc. he did an outstanding job. I would absolutely use them again.... but hope I don't have too!! Haha! read more

Generally nice employees, but that's really the only positive I have to say. I hired this company after receiving a recommendation from my property management company. The first plumber that arrived to diagnose what eventually was determined to be a hot water slab leak did not have the locator tool needed to diagnose this. He removed a shower head while diagnosing, and luckily I already had a newer one waiting to be installed. He needed a piece from the new shower head set to rule-out something else. I should have known by the mess he left from installing a shower head that I wouldn't be pleased with future work. The next week the owner Jeremy came out to diagnose with the locator tool. He was kind, thorough, and left me feeling confident in hiring TCH to do a complete reroute of hot water plumbing to all fixtures in our condo. The two plumbers who followed were also nice, but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend their work to future customers. They left the biggest mess. Drywall dust covered the entire condo. They attempted to leave a double-vanity uninstalled on a Friday afternoon, stating that it would be easier for our contractor to patch the drywall hole that would be hidden behind it if reinstalled as they found it. We didn't have a contractor booked, so that was an unwelcome assumption on their part. There were staples left in the walls where they put up plastic to prevent leaving a layer of drywall dust everywhere, again unsuccessfully. I was disappointed, but at least the plumbing issue had been resolved. The real kicker is when our trusted contractor came a week later to patch 11 drywall holes left by the plumbers. After inspecting the job and assessing the pieces of drywall TCH left behind, he shared that the work TCH did was less professional than he's used to seeing. It was also identified that the water valve for our laundry unit was damaged, which TCH neglected to mention or fix. read more

Not Good. Do not hire TCH they are dishonest and incompetent. They had to come back multiple times to fix their own mistakes which also caused additional damage. In my opinion, their workers are negligent, and their practices of lying for the benefit of others in conflict of interest is deceptive and malicious. One of the plumbers made a direct threat and acted very unprofessionally. Stay away! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had them out to my home to do work and they did a great job. But a few days later, I see both the charge for the amount on my receipt AND an unauthorized charge on my credit card from them for $975.00!!! What the hell??? Either they have horrid accounting or they are supporting fraud by charging for things that were not authorized. Bad news!!! read more

While the problem got fixed away, they left DIRTY toilet water on the bathroom floor. . Didn't even ASK for paper Towels or anything to clean it up, and didn't even ALERT me that they left it that way. $205 bucks for less than 5 min. of work and I has to ASK about what the problem could have been. read more

I have been referring and using TCH Plumbing for any plumbing needs for over 3 years. They have always had a quick response and done a great job with clean outs, fixing leaks, replacing valves and soon a new water heater for me in a house we just bought. One of my friends had a sewer line issue and one company told her should would have to rip up 24' of flooring to access a sunken water line, I referred TCH and through their detailed inspection they only recommended 8' of flooring to be removed to make the repair, this of course was significantly less in cost than her previous quotes and she was Thrilled!. The water was set to be turned off for my town home complex at 9am, to my surprise if got shut off at 8:31am! I called the property management company and they didn't know why it was shut off early. While taking my dogs for a walk I saw a TCH van and thought I'd ask the technician (in this case Brandon, he didn't give a last name). He told me the HOA told him to shut it off early and drove to another part of the complex, so I called the property management company back, they said they told him 9am. I found Brandon again on my walk and asked him who with the HOA advised him, this time he said it was his company not the HOA who said to shut it off early. I called TCH they said they were already working on getting to the bottom of the problem and would call me right back. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and returned my phone call promptly and said Brandon read his paperwork wrong and would be spoken with. Long story short, Brandon gets 0 stars in my book, he read his paperwork wrong and was unprofessional when I was trying to get to the bottom of the problem. However the rest of the company was very nice and handled the problem with class, so they get 5 stars. Which is why my combined rating is 4 stars. read more

Extremely pleased Snowbird in Phoenix! While fixing our main toilet our water supply line cracked behind the wall. My wife and I shut off the main water supply to our condo and started calling various plumbers in the Phoenix area. Our HOA management company recommended TCH Plumbing. We called and spoke with Brooke, she quickly scheduled one of their plumbers and within the hour Ethan called and stated he was on his way to fix our problem. Ethan quickly assessed the problem (cracked CPVC pipe) and within 45 minutes Ethan cut open the wall (small section of drywall had to be removed for access), cut out the cracked pipe section, added a new 1/4 shut off valve, added a new water supply hose to our toilet, tested/checked for leaks, and cleaned up the work site. Ethan was professional, courteous, and friendly. To top off our good experience, TCH Plumbing did not charge a fee to come out to our residence like most plumbers but there was a minimum charge of one hour of labor ($104). At the end, we paid for materials ($12) and one hour of labor ($104) for a total of $116. We highly recommend TCH Plumbing and will call them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. read more

Efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced. In the past two months, I have had to perform a number of plumbing repairs at both my home and at my rental property in central Phoenix. I talked to several plumbers in the Valley before choosing TCH Plumbing. The reasons for my choice were: TCH was very responsive, both technicians who performed the repairs were very efficient and knowledgeable, and TCH charges by the hour (unlike all the other plumbers who could only quote by task). For my home plumbing repair, they were available to come out the next day or same day. I pre-purchased all the plumbing fixtures, except for a shower valve/cartridge that required disassembly. Then technician Charles came, he quickly took apart my shower valve which requires a rare cartridge, drove out to buy the correct part, came back, and installed it in my shower within a couple of hours. He also wasted no time in putting in my new plumbing fixtures around my home. My rental property needed more extensive repairs. A pipe had a large crack in it, allowing rodents to go into and out of a wall between my kitchen and bathroom. Technician Andy performed the initial camera-ing of the system to identify and locate the crack, and he also came back to tear down the wall, cut out the pipe, and replaced it. The pipe replacement work was done efficiently, within 3-4 hours. read more

Andy is honest, reliable, and responsible. I normally am not comfortable with service men coming to my house while I'm gone and my wife's home. Andy didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. My last plumber didn't know what he was doing. My toilet was leaking in the back and Andy fixed it. Not only did he fix it, he even sealed the base of my toilet and did a super clean job.
