They didn't do it at all. The Bradley representativey never told us that they might not be able to pull out whatever was causing the clogged sewer line at all. We would never use this plumber ever again because they misrepresented what they would do. Update:After I made this review, the plumber went out again and ran a camera thru the sewer line and they sent me the video showing a tree root in the sewer line. His video and my snapshotphoto of his video clearly shows that the tree root blocks almost the entire sewer line. The plumber claims that he 'cleared' the sewer line but obviously that's not the case at all.

We ultimately paid way too much for a basic 50 gallon hot water heater swap (bundled price of almost $3000). I was out of town and my wife was busy with work when this happened. We had used Bumble Bee Plumbing in the past and trusted them. That trust has been broken and will never return. My wife left a Google review. There was a response posted as "response from the owner" which left a phone number of 602-813-0298 to call so we could speak with their "manager" to address our concerns. I tried to call that number twice...it's been disconnected! Do your research, get multiple bids and verify that the company you are calling is truly LOCALLY OWNED and has not been rolled up under some private equity structure. We have all seen countless stories about how private equity could care less about the customer and how they leave a trail of destruction and debt in the end. It's largely about profits, margins and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization). This is the valuation metric that's referenced (with a multiple applied) when they sell. In most cases, that's ultimately ALL PRIVATE EQUITY FIRMS CARE ABOUT! It's a sad yet not surprising story on the fleecing of America! All I can say about Bumble Bee Plumbing is my experience was very different this time and it appears that since my last time using them, private equity has gotten involved. I'll let you draw your own conclusions! Would love to see a customer advocacy/awareness story on one of the local news affiliates about how private equity has consolidated so many previously locally owned trade businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical). On July 15 of 2026 I had American home and water come out after a storm and diagnosed two of my…read moremini splits, one of which they installed in 2025 so it's still under warranty and keep in mind labor is not under warranty and that's fine. It was a call in the evening not too late around 8 PM and a technician came out and she quickly diagnosed that one of my systems was the outdoor fan and the other one was the compressor. I did not agree with her diagnosis and so I had another company come out and they diagnosed it differently and I told the American home and water what the diagnosis was and had them come out and do a second opinion and they said you're right it is the control board. Please keep in mind that this unit is under warranty and it has been almost a full month and I've had one call made to me about the status of the warranty claim and the replacement part and in the meantime, I went with another company to have this repaired under warranty. Two reasons I'm writing this review; number one the technician that diagnose my systems was completely wrong originally and I was able to get it fixed quickly using another company and while I'm still waiting for this company to be in contact with me about the replacement part under warranty. I hate writing this because they've had great service early on and it's a disappointment that their customer service is now what's making me write this. I had to call three times originally to get an update.
