Mark came by to give me quote for kitchen sink pipe, troubleshoot and fix a toilet that wasn't flushing well, and fixing a leaking spigot outside. The price was good so I went ahead and had him get started. All work is now completed and I am very pleased with everything. He explained everything before he got started and after he finished as well as at key points during the process. He even explained how I could fix the outside spigot in the future myself if I wished. I really appreciate how genuinely nice he was and that he took the time to educate me. I love that he treated me like an equal and didn't talk to me like it was something I couldn't understand with my small woman brain. Unfortunately some other companies out there do that. He also didn't ask me to leave a review so that was great too. I am sick of places telling me to leave a 5 star review. In my mind if you do 5 star work you get 5 stars. End of story. I got got 3 things checked off my to do list and toilet flushes better than ever. Highly recommend and I will use again next time we need a plumber. read more

I had my water heater and water softener replaced. A part was missing on the H2O softener and they wouldn't come back to finish the job, and they wouldn't even mail it. Within a year the big blue filter they replaced sprung a leak and destroyed my garage: water everywhere. Now, after only 6 years, both the water heater and water softener are leaking. Subpar work. read more

They've brought a number of our properties to life. We were referred to Russ & his team by a friend for our plumbing needs. He has constructed plumbing for a double vanity in one property and sorted out plumbing for both master and guest bathrooms in another. Each time there have been obstacles but they have overcome them and helped make our visions a reality. Their prices are fair and they arrive on time. We appreciate their services and highly recommend them to all! If you're looking for a plumber, Russ and his team are your guys! read more

Amazing! Answered my call in a time of need and came in to save the day! Flooded out my condo due to a burst water tank and they came in 3 guys deep the same day within hours of me calling them to fix the problem and come in substantially cheaper then everyone else. I ended up with a better brand tank for cheaper than the other guys! Thank you very very much! read more

Super nice owner. Called to get a few things done and he was honest with me about wasting money rather than going with a handyman since that was not there kind of business. Rather than try and make a bunch of money off me. Glad I called. I don't think you can go wrong with anything plumbing with them. read more

We have been looking for a good plumber for a long time and we had a few friends refer us to Triplumb. I can't tell you how impressed we were. The level of professionalism and care they took into several issues that we had to be fixed was amazing. It's that small business, personalized experience that we all desire and that is so hard to find nowadays. Mark was incredibly responsive even answering some questions I had through text with photos. David came out and did the work for us and his work is top notch. They made space and time for us in their schedule when we were having an urgent issue and we've used them in several occasions since. Don't hesitate in contacting them- you won't be disappointed!!!!! . read more

I contacted Mark on a late Sunday evening via Yelp and received an UNBEATABLE quote by the following (Monday) morning regarding my urgent need of a plumber. My shower valve bursted which forced me to shut off the water to my condo entirely. Mark understood my situation and was able to have it fixed by noon that same Monday! I was very impressed and most definitely will be a returning client. Thanks Mark! read more

Exceptional service and repair!! I looked for plumbing repair on yelp for an exterior pipe that had a slow leak and had created a crusty shell on top of the pipe resembling the barnacles on a pirate ship. I had several quotes that ranged from good to outrageous for what seemed like a simple enough job. Triplumb had the most decent quote with good yelp reviews so we gave them a call. They came out, assessed the pipe situation, scheduled to come back with all the proper materials in hand, were punctual, professional, and fixed our gross pipe! I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing issues that come up in our house. Very reliable, fair, and honest. read more

We experienced a leak in our water heater pipe and contacted a few plumbers. Russ was one of them. He was working in the east valley so made an appointment for the following morning. I received a call later that afternoon; he finished earlier than expected and was heading our way. Russ immediately fixed the leak at the water heater, and came back the following morning to fix an unrelated problem with our main water pipe. Russ is professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. His prices are affordable and reasonable. I have no reservation in referring Russ for any plumbing challenge. Roger W. read more

I have been very pleased with the work done by TriPlumb and highly recommend them for their honesty, fair pricing, and overall excellent customer service. We recently bought an older house; Mark inspected the house and gave us a great estimate on things that needed to be updated or changed. Mark with his partner Russell came by and did a thorough job. Everything was completed well. I have had other plumbing issues come up since that time. Mark and Russell have responded quickly when I called. If any other issues came up that they noted while fixing the problems, they would call and consult with me on possibilities to fix them before proceeding. Another time Mark went out of his way to replace a leaking toilet--we sat done and together picked out a toilet online. He picked it up on the other side of the city and had it installed the next day. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them as we remodel the house. read more

Great job by Russ. Quick and prompt to respond and got the job done right. Gave me some pointers and was very helpful.

Russ and Mark delivered A+ service to us in our time of great need. We had an emergency plumbing issue that could have easily put us in the hole with a big plumbing company that is looking from numbers instead of loving and caring for people. They had our main water pipe fix and working beautifully quickly. They even provided us with before and after pictures! We will call them again if we run into any other issues. read more

This company is great! I contacted him at 8:00pm on a Saturday and he came the next morning and fixed my plumbing issues. He also took a look at our water heater and gave us great insight into a game plan for that as well. We'll be using Mark again! Thank you for being both professional and personable! read more

I called Triplumb Plumbing this morning because I was concerned that I might have a leak in my water pipe system. I spoke to Russ about my situation and he agreed to come out after a couple of appointments he had in the morning. Russ arrived a couple of hours later and l showed him where I was suspecting a leak was occurring. Russ explained the process of checking and testing water systems if a leak is not visible in a home or underground. He proceeded to conduct his test and confirmed that my water system was not leaking and that the area was damp from the recent rain that had collected by my home. Thank you, Russ for responding to my call so soon and for putting my mind at ease. I truly appreciate your attention and assistance on my situation. If I am ever in need of plumbing service, I will not hesitate to call your company. You guys are the best! read more

On Thursday May 21st we discovered a gushing leak in our hot water heater. I had a lifetime warranty and called the company. They couldn't find a plumber in the valley (4 million people) who could come out and fix it on an emergency basis. After waiting for that answer all day, now panic set in. I called my bro-in-law who is a realtor in the valley and he gave me the name of TRIPLUMB PLUMBING, a company that numerous realtors had worked with and recommended. I called Russ Baca, one of the owners (602-615-9375) who was very nice and helpful. He had one of his employees, David O'Connor (623-262-0108) call me within minutes. David advised he would pickup a water heater AND a hot water recirculator and be at my house thereafter. David arrived, evaluated and installed both items. He even got authorization from the warranty company for a $1100.00 reimbursement. From start (1st call to Russ) to finish, this whole install was from 3 pm to 5 pm (2 hours). Amazing!!! They installed a quality water heater (RUDD). Thank you Russ and David and TRIPLUMB PLUMBING. I hope my review gets you a ton of new business. Bob Eppinger/Glendale,Az. read more

We got in touch with Mark and his partner by our neighbor knowing them. Thank god we found them. We had another plumbing company tell us our clogged sink would cost 10,000.00 dollars to repair, Triplumb fixed it in less than 20minutes for 125.00 dollars. This company for plumbing needs is fantastic, they take time to explain things and show the customer things for maintence of equipment-I.E.- water heater in our case. that will keep it running for years to come. No other company in my 65years has shown such concern for their customers at a Fair Price! The water heater was an emergency replace, they we there for us in less than an hour and had the new one installed and everything cleaned and shinging for a fair price and great work. read more

I sent a message to this company in hopes to help an elderly man. This man's toilet and sink were both backed up for at least a month. I had no idea where to even begin. I never did get the man's name who helped. I couldn't believe how quick he responded to my plea for help. I didn't think there would even be an affordable company willing to help. But I knew I had to at least try. He came to fix this helpless man's bathroom the very next day. I visited the old man a few days later, and he mentioned Russ came by and would be back out later in the week with the missing part for the sink. Russ was such a blessing for him and an answered prayer for me. If I ever need a plumber in the future, they will be the first I call. Thank you again for being so reliable and affordable. read more

Once again Yelp delivered a quality assist. I contacted Mark who called me right back. We discussed the scope of the work and he showed up promptly the next day ready to go. This was a remodel I had been working on, and they installed new valves for washing machine, redid the plumbing in one of the baths, and inspected and snaked a slow moving drain. Friendly, professional, and affordable. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company and Mark, the owner. Our upstairs shower knob broke. We did not know how to go about it and it was late on a Friday afternoon. After calling 2 other companies who said they could come out Monday for a quote, Mark agreed to come out immediately and was here in 10 minutes. He looked at the knob, and even though it was an older model, he knew where to get it, went and got it, and replaced the knob within 1 hour of calling him. He is a professional, courteous man who knows his stuff and will do whatever it takes to earn your business. He sure did for us. Thanks so much! You are awesome! read more
