After a few hours without a call back, I called again. Was told again someone would call me back. Never received a call that day. Called again the next day asking to speak with a manager. Was told they could not transfer my call to a manager, a request for a call back would have to be requested. Finally received a call back from a manager and was told the filters should arrive that day. We've been customers of All About Water for years. We've purchased whole house water systems and R/O systems. They seem to not care about customer service. All they want to do is for unnecessary service appointments at an outrageous fee. I will never do business with this company in the future and would not recommend them.

My first thought was that the new unit had failed or had been improperly installed. NOT THE CASE. As it turns out, I had an existing pin hole leak inside the wall. AHWAS was great to deal with, they promptly came out to address the issue and repaired it at no cost to us. He re-routed ever thing to where the system would fit and make the wife happy with being able to put all her cleaning items, including trash can, back under the sink. Once the installation was complete he provide all the instructions on what to do in the follow few hours to get the water recirculated in the systems and the frig water. This was a surprise to me as we did not realize the system would clean up the water dispenser in the frig also, which mean clean water and ice. Very nice clean install and kitchen did not even look like any work was done. Complements to Mike on a job well done, great attitude and always happy. Collins All About Water I am a current contract customer On…read moreApril 8, 2026, I had an appointment to flush the water heater at 10:30. The office called me to let me know the technician was held up on a job. He would be at my home by 3:00. He did not arrive until 5:15. I thought it would be a quick job. The up-sale pressure was ridiculous. The water heater needed a longer drain spout at the bottom. While he was adding the drain valve he took the soft water tank apart. I was horrified! It is going on 6:30 at night, I live alone. I knew the water heater was broken and was putting off getting a new on. He came in the house and wanted to show me pics of the inside of the water heater and more up sale for a new soft water system. I rudely told him to stop talking and can he put the water softener back together. It was 7:30 at night he is finally putting tools away. This cost for the valve was over $400! I will not have Collins out to clean out the water heater ever again.
