Brian was so knowledgeable and passionate when he came out to talk about my home's existing plumbing. When we bought the house in 2022, it was called out on our inspection report that the polyethylene piping from the main to our home should be replaced. After talking with Brian, I felt so good getting CWS to replace and redo the poly with good old copper. Michael came out a few days later and did a beautiful job installing all the copper plumbing and two stage water filtration system that includes the water pressure gauges and bypass valves (which are great to have for servicing and/or if something bad happens in the future). I highly recommend everyone get the psi pressure gauges installed ESPECIALLY with the valley having higher water pressure right now with the ongoing construction needs (which I'll talk about next). After Michael completed his job, the city of Phoenix replaced my water meter. Turns out my old water meter near the street had a leak to it. Once the water meter was replaced I noticed the psi on the gauges climbed to 100-110 (depending upon time of day). For those that don't know, plumbing likes to be in the 50-70 psi range. Anything above 90 and you should really get a plumber out to look at your pressure reducing valve (PRV). While my pressure was high, I noticed my backyard irrigation system was EXTREMELY powerful! The way the water from the main gets teed off between inside of my house and backyard pool + irrigation needs, it was obvious city of Phoenix replacing water meter was the culprit. Whenever a water meter gets replaced, they don't do a good job keeping it clean installing it where sediment will often get into the line and cause PRVs to fail. That's what happened with mine where CWS came out the next day and replaced both of my PRVs with Kyle doing a great job as well. Now, my water pressure is sitting nicely at 70 psi. I like my pressure on the higher side of that 50-70psi Lofty review but I really loved having this company update my plumbing and install the whole home 20" big blue water filtration system! They really do care about customers AND the work they do. There's a VERY GOOD reason their reviews are 5/5 on Google and Yelp! Can't beat their prices too that are VERY transparent! Great payment options and warranty as well! Also, I like the products they use since it's NOT relegated to a single manufacturer. Will recommend them to everyone.

The company sent someone out and let us know that the issue had been resolved. But...it wasn't. In fact, when the contractors arrived to work on the home, they too cited the EXACT same problem. So I called and they sent someone out to the home to fix it. But...the next day the same problem existed. So it was not fixed. Now I called up a THIRD time (remember, I just bought this home so I had no prior opinion on the service) and they scheduled an appointment for this past Monday. When I drove across town to the house we purchased- we are still living in the home we are leaving so there is 25 minutes drive between the two- and then called to see where the technician was, I was shocked to learn they (Parker & Sons) had NO record of the appointment. And thats after they sent me a text confirming it! But...there's more! They then scheduled a tech to come out ASAP and gave me an absurd 10-2pm window. I get it, that is their method and I'm not entitled so I said fine. They said they would call 30 minutes before the tech headed over. Well, the clock hit 1pm and I thought why not be proactive. I called, reached a dispatch, who then informed me that the tech was just cooling off and then heading to the home. So he should be there by 1:45. Well, I drove 25 minutes AGAIN across town only to have to call back b/c the clock read 2:04pm and nobody showed up. Again, the service rep sounded "shocked" yet this was two times in one day and my time was wasted for nothing. He looked into it and said the technician just decided to not show. Mind you, I have been sitting in a car while it's 118 outside. They promised me a supervisor would call and handle this. They promised someone would be there by 8am the next day. Well, in fact, someone did show up at 8:50 (not his fault was stuck in traffic) BUT, they had scheduled a DIFFERENT guy at 6am! Huh? Didn't I tell everyone I can't be there any earlier than 8am bc I have to drive over. Well when I tried to reach the dispatch, I kept getting an answering service. And they have a comically bad AI agent named Lacey that can do nothing to help. Oh, and the supervisor who was supposed to call...crickets. The tech finally did arrive and they are hopeful they can remedy the problem...tomorrow. Well, we move in tomorrow and I have been trying to get this sorted out since July 7th!!! So frustrated is clearly an understatement. I think the better word is baffled how anyone can do business this way.

Super detailed, very informed and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. He made sure we understood how to care for our system to ensure the best water. We've had the filter for 1 year and just got the light to change the pre and post filter. I called and ordered them from EcoWater and of course the rep on the phone was really quick and very nice as well. She made it so simple and said she would just ship it them to me. I also want to clarify that Jason, the gentleman that has been out here several times did nothing wrong. When I was upset on the original call that diagnosed the issue, my response was due to the information being conveyed to me, not at Jason. He was only doing his job, and I was being a less than professional customer. He did nothing wrong. When I called back, a month later, I had already resigned myself to spending $1K to get the softener fixed and have the Chlorinator added. I was calling to schedule an appointment. My issue was not Jason, it was my interaction with the GM, who I did not ask to speak to, who blew all of this up with all up with his tactics to upsell and all the information he was giving me. The day I put my review up here and in a few other places Mike called me again. Kinetico did end up fixing the soft water, but on that call he told me that he'd been talking to the company execs for weeks to try to solve what ailed me and everyone agreed to do the right thing (this happened on the day the review posted - about 7 hours after I posted it). I was happy to have everything resolved, but yesterday he called me again to confirm I was happy with the job.. but when I told him I was not upset with Jason (which was conveyed by the person fixing the softner), he said: He was just trying to be the middleman. Again, my issue is not with Jason, it is with Mike and his pushy behaviors and lack of accountability. If they had just scheduled the installation of the Chlorinator when I called in August, we would not be here right now. If he had just apologized for the whole thing and left it at that, I would not be making this kind of an addendum. He was not the middleman, he was the problem to begin with. If you get a Kinetico Soft Water/RO System (which I love) and ever have to deal with Mike, my suggestion is that you go over the contract/sales agreement and have everything on there that you buy and your initials by everything you decline. Make sure they give you the agreement. I can find my original agreement with what I bought, not what I declined, and the receipts for the fix 5 years ago, but not the agreement about what I bought and declined. If your phone has the ability to record, record the conversation and save the audio file. The three stars I have given are the average of 5 for the product itself and 0 for the GM and his approach.
