I primarily worked with Dominic (who was awesome!) during the ordering process. Not only were my questions answered, but Meta PCs was flexible on how I could pay for my beast of a machine. Unfortunately, the machine was shipped just in time to run into some dicey weather, so it arrived a wee bit frozen (I got the water-cooled option) and some minor leakage due to the machine being tilted a little bit too far. Alen took my call and was super supportive while we waited for the machine to thaw and dry out. I was also helped out by Will and Luis during my time of need! And I was a bit needy. Honestly, the whole team was super supportive. They communicated via chat, text, phone, and mail. Basically, matching whatever method I was using at that moment. My laptop had developed serious problems - the battery had begun to swell, the case was warped and I was faced with the possibility of losing all my data. The Geek Squad had warned me that they probably would not be able to bring it back to life and I should be prepared to invest in a new laptop. Jay explained that the HP Envy I had was better constructed than newer models. He thought replacing the battery and the hard drive would solve my problems. On Sunday he called and said both the battery and the hard drive were in, the data was being transferred and I could pick up the laptop on Monday. It looked like a new machine.
