I primarily worked with Dominic (who was awesome!) during the ordering process. Not only were my questions answered, but Meta PCs was flexible on how I could pay for my beast of a machine. Unfortunately, the machine was shipped just in time to run into some dicey weather, so it arrived a wee bit frozen (I got the water-cooled option) and some minor leakage due to the machine being tilted a little bit too far. Alen took my call and was super supportive while we waited for the machine to thaw and dry out. I was also helped out by Will and Luis during my time of need! And I was a bit needy. Honestly, the whole team was super supportive. They communicated via chat, text, phone, and mail. Basically, matching whatever method I was using at that moment. When I questioned him, he blamed everything on Windows 11, which makes zero sense. To top it all off, he charged me $350 for this nonsense. My PC is now in worse shape than when I brought it in. And then after they told me they couldn't do the job, I found an hour later that my USB chip for my mouse was gone. However, this does not take away from the fact that I felt that my experience was quite the headache and I had the increasing perception that the company lacked competence. BEWARE OF LMB Handyman Services LLC the installer for Best Buy…read moreI Give my rating for the Installation Company LMB Handyman Services LLC that is contracted with Best Buy. The installer did not follow installation instructions on a microwave install and caused damaged to my new cabinets. (you have to wonder how many other microwaves were installed like this) Installer was argumentative and refused to reinstall the blower plate after rotating the fan blower, this plate must be reinstalled to prevent fire risk and air blow back into the cabinet. Installer stated they leave them out all the time. Installer also used the wrong drill bits to drill the holes in the cabinet causing damage. Installer also refused to put a screw into the stud for the microwave mounting bracket and stated the drywall anchors is all that was needed, that was until I forced installer to screw into the stud before he hung the microwave. Installer also left sawdust all over the place and refused to clean up stating he does not have a vacuum. Conclusion is Best Buy was very responsive and had a new microwave installed for this I give Best Buy 5 Stars. In the meantime, I am dealing with a nightmare trying to get a damage claim cabinet processed through Best Buy for damages caused by the BEST Buy Installation contractor LMB Handyman Services LLC. The process is extremely difficult to settle a property damage claim especially when LMB Handyman Services owner Braulio Esparza is argumentative and uncooperative.
