I couldn't be more happy with the graphics and logo that Fyresite provided for my new website! These guys really know their stuff when it comes to usability & flow of a website. The site is simple and effective, while still looking classy and high-end. Jason & Sean are both great and easy to work with, punctual and communicate effectively with what they need and asked all the right questions to understand exactly what I wanted. Money well spent. I highly recommend you give them a call if your looking for a top notch website that won't break your bank! read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! My music school paid Fyresite just under a $30k retainer to build a simple website (home page, a student/teacher registration and ecommerce for recurring payments). Fyresite returned a website that does not function at all, and we had to find someone new to take over even after paying them out. Fyresite took our money upfront, and every time something broke, they charged more money to fix it, even though it was their fault it broke in the first place, essentially rendering our site unusable. They constantly missed meetings, took weeks to fix the things that broke, and ended up wasting a full year of our time through their stalling tactics. It took 2 weeks on average to get them to respond to an email. We mentioned at the beginning we had a unique framework for our website. The developer they put on the job had no experience with Laravel (our framework) so we are baffled as to why Jason thought he would be a good match. Jason, "project manager" was never on the same page as us and completely unprofessional. One of the many times had an issue that needed attention, he sent over Venn diagram with "fast, good, cheap" as the circles and "You're dreaming" in the middle. This company's model is apparently fast, good and cheap, but they used 1 year and 30K, and couldn't build a home page, a student/teacher registration, and a way to take payments from customers. Go with Total instead - they're an international company that created our website in 2 weeks and charged 1/3 the price. read more

Traveling Music Lessons paid Fyresite just under a $30,000 retainer to build a website that had a home page, a student/teacher registration and took payments. Fyresite returned a website that does not function at all. At this point, we could either sue them or not, but it would be tens of thousands to sue them (as the legal system in America goes) and a lot of time/effort. Fyresite took our money upfront, and "worked" on the website but gave us nothing we could use, they constantly missed meetings, and ended up wasting a full year of our time through their stalling tactics. It took sometimes 1-2 weeks to get them to respond to an email. The developer they put on the job was a nice guy, but he had no experience with Laravel (our framework) so no idea why Jason thought he would be a good match. Jason was our "project manager" but all he did was ask for more money at the worst times. He seemed completely disconnected from the project itself, and would ask for more money at shockingly inappropriate times during production (ie, right after a big deadline failed). I tried to level with Jason to see what was going on, and he sent me Venn diagram with "fast, good, cheap" as the circles and "You're dreaming" in the middle. I'm curious Jason - are you fast, good or cheap? You used 1 year and 30K, and you couldn't build a home page, a student/teacher registration, and a way to take payments? We eventually cut Fyresite off and went with Toptal - they're an international company that created our website in 2 weeks and charged 1/3 the price. Check them out and RUN FROM FYRESITE! read more

I just had a great experience using Fyresite to re-develop my dental practice website. Keegan and the ENTIRE team were very helpful and responsive to all of my requests and questions, which I had many of! They were very patient while I made decisions with my business partners and even when changing several aspects of the website mid-design and even post-implementation. I found Fyresite very affordable and definitely think I got a lot for my money. They seemed very proficient and were able to develop a great website that does everything I could ask from it. read more

Our business attempted to contact this company for some work, we spoke with an employee for a couple days, we never received any emails as promised, although I sent 3 back including one to the CEO we went to another company instead. Thank You for saving us the headache and money by showing how unprofessional and just disorganized FyreSite actually is. I do not recommend this business, I would suggest looking elsewhere before committing. read more

Fyresite is the best. I came to them with a very unique situation... I have a little bit of basic coding knowledge and needed help building my WordPress website. I had a list of items I wanted to include on my website, but I didn't want someone to do all of the work for me. I wanted guidance and advice on the areas where I got stuck. The dev who helped me, Mason, did a great job explaining and providing documentation for the work I wanted to get done. He advised me on the best practices designing in Wordpress (ie. don't install a bunch of bad plugins lol), and he set me up with a ton of resources and tools to help me build my website. I probably slowed him down a bit with my questions, because he could have done all in 2.5 seconds without me, but he was super patient with me while I wanted to learn from the process, and that is exactly what I got out of it! read more

My Grandfather started this company in 1948 and he did revolutionary things, but web-presence wasn't among 'em. Hi-Tech Car Care has been in 0's & 1's for years, but we were not a presence until we connected with Jason, Sean and the Fyresite team. We keep working with them to make it right; but while we do it is working. If your digital presence does not represent you - you should call them! read more

We've been clients of Fyresite for years now, and from day one it has been a fantastic experience working with the team! Found Fyresite on Yelp and had them design my website. The results were so overwhelming. I couldn't have asked for better web developers. It was like they read my mind and transferred everything on a beautiful seamless website that was impressive. They were extremely quick and responsive, super switched on, and just smart smart smart guys! They were very professional and super nice. They were patient, easy to work with, and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. I never worried about anything once they took over the project. They went above and beyond what I expected and just blew me away with the finished product. Jason, Sean, Manny and the rest of the team at Fyresite are amazing. Definitely working with them again for the launch of my 2nd company. read more

Fyresite is the best web designers in Phoenix no question! We recently used them for a website development update and they were extremely easy to work with. In addition, they were very affordable compared to other web designers we talked to in the area and the work was very high quality. We have already seen an increase in the conversion rates of our website and I believe we will see a return on investment fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this great group of people to anyone looking for high quality website design. Thanks again guys! read more

These guys are the real deal. Everything about working with them was great, they have really great ideas and even saw the vision of what I was looking for. Jason was extremely open and helpful line of communication, always just a phone call or email away. My Graphics are always professionally done and delivered at breakneck speed. They just finished designing my new website and I couldn't be happier, it runs so fast, and it just plain works! They are a good bunch of guys and they get the job done. The Price was well worth the money and i think it they were pretty competitive with it. They break it down into what you need and aren't afraid to help make your vision a reality. read more

Great company to work with on web-site design. Took the time to review our needs and LISTENED to what we wanted. Very professional.

I worked with Fyresite/Jason to design my website for my new business. Jason was incredibly professional and responsive. Even despite the difference in times zones (I'm in NY) I never had a problem getting in touch with him. Jason listened to the specifications that I requested and built a site that I am now thrilled with. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and I would highly recommend Fyresite to my friends, family, and clients. read more
