Many customers come to eCreations after having a nightmare experience with other web designers or SEO companies who sold them a bill of goods. Steve is like Superman saving the day and helping turn a nightmare experience into their dream website. I have also seen customers increase their profitability through smart and tactical SEO. His SEO programs are constantly changing, evolving and maximizing search engine requirements. Other firms have "set it and forget it" SEO - if there is one thing I know about SEO, it's that search engines are continually changing their ranking requirements. Steve and his team stay in top of what's relevant and what's most important. Each client web solution is tailored to what will support their business best. I enjoy working with Steve and the eCreations team. I look forward to referring clients to him for many years to come!

My consultant took the time to thoroughly review our goals (and wishes) and, again, I have to say the results were beyond what we were expecting. Site re-design is not a job that is easy or simple but if you put yourself in the hands of pros, it can seem this way.

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience. To stay on top, we have developed dozens of websites through the years, always utilizing highly-recommended themed solutions by top-rated companies. In every case, the software could not do exactly what we needed it to do and customer service has always been lacking. Today that is no longer the case. BX3 took the time needed to move our entire website over into a much more modern and seemless website. They made numerous recommendations, always agreeing to do whatever we needed. I quickly realized that I needed to go with virtually every one of their recommendations. Our website now looks and functions great. There are always issues with any new store but in this case, those typical developmental issues were dealt with in real time by people who always operated as our advocates. Now, after 25 years of continual frustration I can focus on content and improvement of our web presence and I know I have Brian with BX3 available should I run into any issues whatsoever. BX3 gets my highest recommendation for providing incredible service at an affordable price and operating more as a business partner than a contractor. I am so glad I found these guys!

Taught me a lesson .. always check employee turnover before hiring any firm long term.

After a considerable amount of research, I found My Biz Niche. After extensive consultations, they built my new website (www.techaerus.com). Aside from the attractive site, what really impressed me was their marketing savvy. I consider myself to be an accomplished writer (except on Yelp reviews because it takes too long). What I didn't realize was that writing copy for marketing purposes was a completely different animal. I provided them with my content (which I thought was good) and I was amazed at how they tuned it to appeal to a client audience. In addition, they have provided invaluable advice with regard to marketing on the internet. I expect to use them for future internet marketing campaigns and search engine optimization (SEO). Also, big shout out for Robert Keller. He has been an excellent quarterback for the entire process.

The relationship started out good, they were on top of things, but over time he lost his main developer and so their service suffered, especially as they got busier with other bigger clients (assuming) So, I stopped using him for seo and ppc services after a few months and then tried to go back to him after he found some new people to help him, and he never bothered to return my phone calls. I would have given a 5 star however it seemed he was bitter that I left and came back, partially understandable, however still denotes a 3 star rating for me. Updated to 5 stars, May, 2015. To me the sign of a good owner is not that they are perfect but that when they make a mistake they own up to it, they try hard to make it up, and do their best to make things right with their customer. Chuck after reading my previous review quickly called and apologize profusely not only that but he offered me a generous amount of free work and did it perfectly happily, and honestly.
