We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience. To stay on top, we have developed dozens of websites through the years, always utilizing highly-recommended themed solutions by top-rated companies. In every case, the software could not do exactly what we needed it to do and customer service has always been lacking. Today that is no longer the case. BX3 took the time needed to move our entire website over into a much more modern and seemless website. They made numerous recommendations, always agreeing to do whatever we needed. I quickly realized that I needed to go with virtually every one of their recommendations. Our website now looks and functions great. There are always issues with any new store but in this case, those typical developmental issues were dealt with in real time by people who always operated as our advocates. Now, after 25 years of continual frustration I can focus on content and improvement of our web presence and I know I have Brian with BX3 available should I run into any issues whatsoever. BX3 gets my highest recommendation for providing incredible service at an affordable price and operating more as a business partner than a contractor. I am so glad I found these guys!

I am in the process of starting up a new business. I initially hired someone to build a basic…read morewebsite but it did a poor job of explaining what we did. After a considerable amount of research, I found My Biz Niche. After extensive consultations, they built my new website (www.techaerus.com). Aside from the attractive site, what really impressed me was their marketing savvy. I consider myself to be an accomplished writer (except on Yelp reviews because it takes too long). What I didn't realize was that writing copy for marketing purposes was a completely different animal. I provided them with my content (which I thought was good) and I was amazed at how they tuned it to appeal to a client audience. In addition, they have provided invaluable advice with regard to marketing on the internet. I expect to use them for future internet marketing campaigns and search engine optimization (SEO). Also, big shout out for Robert Keller. He has been an excellent quarterback for the entire process.

In the past we'd been burned by web design companies who outsourced a lot of their work. The prior company built a site for us that we were not able to manage by ourselves, and even the most minor change would take at least 48 hours to implement. After dumping thousands of dollars into our previous website, we were hesitant to start up with a new company. We knew David Fox from around town, however, and asked him for his help. He was quick to respond with a strategic plan tailored to our specific type of business (a law firm) to start up a new site and launch and expand our marketing campaign. David and his team set up a reasonable fee schedule, and designed a beautiful site. They take our suggestions seriously, and provide expert feedback and design advice. We're scheduled to go live with our new website soon, and we're very excited about the continuing relationship we've forged with their company. I highly recommend Fox Designs Studio services for web design and marketing!

I had two Web sites for my business, one for Home Inspections and the other one for Mold testing…read more The sites were built in early 2009, to what was known to be what Google was looking for, back then - lots of content and links out to other sites. They worked, but outdated and needed a update. I shopped around; hired one guy that built the Home Inspection site, took him six months but never finished the job. Hired a second person that said no problem, easy peasy lemon squeezy but he never got started on the Job an ended up saying the site was to complex for his skill level. I was referred to Phil McKeown, we talked over a Coffee, I explained my needs and concerns. I check out a Site or two he worked on and earlier this year Phil helped me build a new website for my business. I had a ton of content from my previous site - he helped pull out, reorganize and highlight the most important stuff. Feel free to check it out, within 6 months we were getting nice page ranking on Google - I'm Back on first page in several areas and it's only getting better. http://alatisinspectionservice.com/ Google Local / Plus - I had also hired a company to help with my online presents. It was a complete mess, more than what I could handle. I asked Phil about looking into my accounts on Google, he helped me combine 3 different Google Business accounts: 1 had the right address, 1 had my reviews and the last was connected to YouTube. It was a lot more complicated than I thought, but Phil made sure nothing was lost. That was really important since I'd lost reviews in the past with that last company I hired. Finally Phil's been helping with my approach to social media, specifically Facebook. He's advised on the best approach to take with both my business and personal accounts to help increase exposure and reach. More so I feel that when I call Phil, it is like I'm his most important customer (although I see the big corporate names he represents and my company is small frys in comparison).
