Working with Evelyn was seamless, and I'm so happy with my redesigned website! She transferred all my website content to WordPress and installed plugins to make it easy for me to update. Her recommendations and responsiveness made this process I have been avoiding for a while so worth it, I wish I would have contacted her sooner! BUYER BEWARE. This Company and the unprofessional Evelyn Wheeler are full of nothing but FALSE promises. She demanded a 40 % non-refundable deposit and then they do nothing.., just drag their heels and she was disrespectful and evasive in answering questions for both our Company Sales Manager and to me personally . She knows nothing about website design and apparently has a husband who does minimal work during the night on any projects. When we demanded that she return our deposit due to lack of performance she ignored us and screamed at my sales manager. Stay far away from these people ..... AWFUL read more

They worked, but outdated and needed a update. I shopped around; hired one guy that built the Home Inspection site, took him six months but never finished the job. Hired a second person that said no problem, easy peasy lemon squeezy but he never got started on the Job an ended up saying the site was to complex for his skill level. I was referred to Phil McKeown, we talked over a Coffee, I explained my needs and concerns. I check out a Site or two he worked on and earlier this year Phil helped me build a new website for my business. I had a ton of content from my previous site - he helped pull out, reorganize and highlight the most important stuff. It was a complete mess, more than what I could handle. It was a lot more complicated than I thought, but Phil made sure nothing was lost. That was really important since I'd lost reviews in the past with that last company I hired. Finally Phil's been helping with my approach to social media, specifically Facebook. He's advised on the best approach to take with both my business and personal accounts to help increase exposure and reach. The high-end company had consisted of multiple offices and conference room with a lot of developers in bullpens. They had what seemed to be an impressive process. Lots of expertise. Got the feeling though that the process was very rigid and that the cost could increase if we had too many changes. The 2nd company was a home-based business with mid-range pricing. They subcontracted out most of the work around the globe. So they had access to a lot of experts, but seemed like this could slow down the communication process. The 3rd company was Premier Web and happened to be the lowest price. The had a commercial office space with conference room shared by 3 people. It wasn't the price that moved us to select them, because we were leaning towards the higher priced company. Jay and Chase just gave us a good vibe. Premier setup a temporary test site. We used very detailed emails with screen shots and a few phone calls for the communication process. OneDrive was used to share files. They were extremely responsive to every communication. We had a lot of unique custom features. Even though the project turned out to be bigger than they estimated, they kept plugging away with no effect on price. We only met with them at the beginning and end. During the last appointment they gave us some requested basic training on Wordpress and took them to lunch to celebrate. We wanted the Wordpress training because we have the in-house expertise to make future modifications, just didn't have time for the entire project. We feel that even if you didn't meet with them, that it wouldn't affect the project. We quickly discovered that their company philosophy is in line with a lot of our own. Don't get overly locked into timelines, because it's the quality, service and support that really matters. Very conscientious! They knocked the project out of the park! We're really spoiled now!
