Still sending threats in writing months later at every possible cold blooded psychological relationship surgery manipulation moment that starts the moment the actual forced package involving a second company that Streamline needs to be forced to expose at the time of sale as it needs to be forced to expose that the product contain an entire section that is set up to be only possible to operate by this second company, which of course then starts on the never ending falsified accusations and harassment guiding the customer to do it in a very cold blooded published psychological strategy calculated to destroy long term relationships, which he does in a hurry and is continuing interstate from 4 states away to send threats and create opportunities to continue to harass people who dropped the customers involved for this reason months ago. As this states, Carlos Corzos also owns the accounting firm involved http://www.arizonacorporates.com/corp/261623.html He claims vigorously in writing otherwise. He also claimed to have a fully self documented system that "doesn't need training" that consists of tool tips that repeat the labels of the fields involved and password protected "training" that is not accessible from customer login. All of which is exposed the hard way while Corzos and his pal falsify claims in writing "about the books", etc etc, send allegedly "show stopping needs for " your help at 4 am, etc. that as of today including written threats for notice to Corzos that his pal was exposed in writing via simply baiting them in to it, in setting up an ongoing harassment by the former client that has gotten to the point that I am going to have to sue the former client and Streamline, who have not one legitimate contact point or pay for services as the other ongoing Streamline created methods for bait and switch, interstate fraud, involving Streamline and his Accounting Firm Pemberton Accounting LLC. Which AZ states Corzos also owns. The danger to the public is not just this kind of entrapment, its that Corzos and his pal are engaged in programmatic money transactions via software whose customers are being solicited into this by persons who clearly openly are hiding a problem that via the programming and lack of separation of duties in Streamline software involving making financial payments out of the software, can go as far as skimming and embezzling. I don't vote for exposing your entire revenue stream this directly to a company this predatorially focused on any person who has ever had contact with what becomes Pemberton's new clients as a person also nowhere listed in AZ as what he claims to be either. There is clearly a problem that Corzos and his partner in fact have this large of a problem with that they have to eliminate any other possible second opinion who might and does at this point disagree with Corzos and gives his software in actual implementation a very negative review to the point that I would strongly urge not purchasing Streamline Vacation Rental Software. There is no possible scenario of any remote legitimate purpose that involves this completely unpublished actual nature of their entire accounting module being impossible to operate at any level of detail other than by the accounting firm Corzo's also owns, and is legally required to provide as information to all persons who the law requires not be dragged into this. As people getting the emails, phone calls, voicemails, and threats 24/7 from a company I do not recommend.
