We contracted with Effusion Creative Solutions to create new websites for 4 different auto dealerships - part of a family of dealers. The process was quite complex, involving programming on approximately 13 domains, URL redirects and name server changes on approximately 40 other domains, as well as email and form creation/verification throughout all the changes. Each dealership location required their own customization that came with the creation of "our own" templated design. Effusion was able to work closely with the main project manager and our different database and vehicle information providers, to produce our final sites ON TIME (actually, early) and to our complete satisfaction. The product does exactly what we asked for it to do (and a little bit more) while ongoing requests for changes/tweaks are handled very efficiently and with high priority! There has never been on occasion where we have felt "out of touch" or "neglected" by Effusion or their staff. Several years ago, when we first took on a similar project with a much larger corporation, it felt like we had to make several repeated requests to get simple answers or to get any acknowledgment of the request. We were, and still are, extremely pleased with the level of response and care we get from Effusion. We feel like they understand that our sites are truly their sites - they are as concerned about them as we are. I wish I could give a rating for various levels of service by Effusion - so you could get an accurate picture of where the overall rating comes from. If so, I would give the following: Responsiveness: 5 Stars Follow Through: 5 Stars Technical Capabilities: 5 Stars Clarity of Process: 5 Stars Time Management: 5 Stars Willingness to "get it done, right": 5 Stars Problem/Concern resolution: 5 Stars Cost/Quality: 5 Stars Initial Quote: 2 Stars (Average: 4.667 - easily rounds up to a 5) In complete disclosure, the only area of concern we had was when we discovered that our initial quote didn't include the quantity of page programming we thought we had asked for - a misunderstanding in the request/interpretation of the quote. It wasn't until we were almost through the process that we discovered the discrepancy, but, you'll notice, the problem/concern resolution rating (5 Stars) was amazing...and Effusion made us feel confident in continuing the process with them. Although our final cost increased, the finished product was still within a budget that was surprisingly affordable (Cost/Quality - 5 Stars). Plus, we ended up with features that we originally hadn't anticipated (Technical Capabilities - 5 Stars). Please note that the project was never "held up" due to this concern - Effusion was amazing with their willingness to work with us until we reached an agreement that was acceptable to all. If we had to renegotiate with Effusion in the future, we would simply run through the bullet points of the project one last time to make sure we had clarity on all the numbers and terminology. Simple solution. Overall, you will see that we wholeheartedly give Effusion a 5-Star rating. We will continue to do business with them, and we will provide positive referrals to them whenever the occasion arises. read more
