One was a seasoned Lady and the other was a youthful fella! Both humans were fantastic!!! I didn't get their names because we were so busy chatting it up as they were helping with printing. I've stopped in here before, but didn't really have a good experience but this time customer service was amazing!!! Kuddos to these 2!!! Please give them raises for having the best customer service ever!!! Receiving a fax, and printing cost isn't as bad as I thought it would be...I needed a color copy of something emailed over. I spent less than $2.50 for the email to be sent here, them to print it and to do it in color! Granted it is alot for 1 copy but I was in and out, in which, that in itself, was worth it!!! Out of the way location however, I was in the area visiting someone so it was the prefect location, as far as, timing goes! Beware they might try to sell you a box that is not needed. My return was in orginal manufacturers…read morebox and she said that it needed a second box else they could get sued. I told her I am a UPS driver, my return was setup with all correct information, and that this box was 100% fine to return in because it was the manufacturers box still. I didnt wanna argue so I left went to a different UPS Store and was in and out in 30 seconds with the same exact return and QR code. I get it that shipping is tough with the liabilities involved but please just update your staff on what can and cannot be accepted as a return.

Is this a business or a hangout spot? Just stop by because I missed my UPS package. Employees on…read moretheir phones, confusing lines and no one is being helpful with misleading directions. How can in a store with at least 4 employees two are on the phone, one has left four people in line for over 20 minutes without any indication of where or for how long, and the remaining ones have zero sense of urgency. Picking up a missed UPS package at an "authorized UPS pickup spot" took over 30 minutes. This was not a trip to a business establishment, it felt more like a humiliation ritual.
