The website had 404 errors way before he changed servers and then sent a bill to fix it, but he blamed it on the new server. He also illegally got into our customer database, on the server, and retrieved one of our admin log in credentials and then used those log in credentials to make himself another admin account after we terminated his services. To this day he refuses to give us our backups of the website or ftp log in credentials so we can migrate the site to another host after we spent upwards of 150k with him. I would steer clear of this company because they charge to fix issues that should have worked from the get go and break in to the backside of your website after their services were terminated. As a retired homicide detective who has dedicated years to serving the citizens of Phoenix in that capacity, I'm new to all of this promotional stuff and was hoping to find a professional who was friendly and could guide me. A professional who believed in making the customer happy and not just focusing on the money. I read his reviews, and Phoenix Headshots seemed favorable. The budget package also looked affordable compared to another quote I had received. However, I SHOULD have called and had a conversation with this company before hitting that trap buy button. That would have saved me a lot of heartache. Once I clicked and entered my credit card information, the website gave no further instructions and left me in limbo, which I thought was odd. A message of what to do next or when and how they would reach out to schedule an appointment would have been appreciated. After waiting, I was proactive and left a voicemail. The owner (identified himself as Yucel) finally called me back. He was extremely condescending throughout the 10 minute conversation and kept mentioning the repercussions of not showing up for my appointment. I couldn't figure out why he was so concerned when I had fronted him the full amount---a hefty deposit I must say for work not completed. I also thought he had a storefront studio per the website, yet it was a private residence. The whole situation made me extremely uncomfortable. Our personalities did not mesh at all, and things got worse. My family went on a trip to Florida the week before my appointment, and we were in the direct path of Hurricane Milton. I sent him a text message explaining things and never heard back for several days. Finally, I interrupted my family vacation and just called him. At this point and collectively, I did not have a good feeling about him or his company and kindly requested a cancellation and full refund. I felt it to be a very reasonable request since he had done nothing but process the credit card, complete a short 10-minute conversation with me, and schedule the appointment weeks in advance. Instead, Yucel said absolutely not and said he was keeping all of the money. I was shocked as I had given him ample notice of cancellation and he rendered no photography service (zero). He pulled out some legal disclaimer which to me seemed rather shady not to mention completely devoid of any level of professionalism or customer service. This was a truly HORRIBLE experience. I believe in companies that ultimately make the customer happy, and this was NOT the case. I don't care how good his photography is, he did not treat me like a customer or act like a professional. Also, please also note that looking back at the reviews many of them are rather old. Bottom line: Be careful, have a conversation with this fellow prior to giving him any money, and shop around.

However, I've had so many difficulties with Jen Chapman that I can't hold off any longer. She did build a website for me, which is why I gave her two stars, but it was a difficult and frustrating process. After the initial meetings, she would no longer talk to me on the phone but only accepted emails, which she often didn't respond to at all. When she did respond, it was clear that she hadn't read much of what was in them, even tho I made my emails as brief and well organized as I could so they would be clear to her. She ignored many of my requests and seemed to follow her own ideas without regard for what I wanted. There were times it was so difficult to deal with her that I ended up accepting less than I wanted just to get the job completed. The last straw, and why I'm posting this review now, was when I recently emailed her asking for login credentials for my website. My email was friendly and positive, asking how she was and thanking her in advance. Her reply, without any response to my good wishes for her, was simply "I don't have that information any more.". No greeting or signature, just that curt message. A marketing firm who will be working on my website told me that they have worked with web developers for many years and have never ever seen a response like that, or a refusal to help with such basic information. If you're considering Jen, beware. I'm not alone in my opinion; my experience was just like that of another reviewer. There are probably many more out there.
