SEO Built for the Wrong Market BizIQ built the SEO campaign around Show Low, AZ instead of the Phoenix Metro area, which was the agreed target market. This error went undetected for over six months. For comparison, my previous website -- which had not been updated in three years -- consistently generated approximately 15-30 inquiries per month. The new website generated zero phone calls, texts, contact form submissions, or email inquiries during the 11 months it was active. Even after the SEO targeting error was corrected, results did not improve. I ended my agreement and hired another firm and my experience was night and day. Basically, I lost one-year of potential business because of BizIQ. They have a great marketing plan, they will develop your website, perform a supposed "best in class" SEO campaign, provide a dedicated resource to manage your day to day, offer digital marketing campaigns. A one shop stop. The most important word in that last sentence is STOP. STOP BEFORE YOU GET STARTED. I sent a demand letter requesting a refund for the one year I wasted and $13.8K is spent without a response. Hired a lawyer and they did not respond to their demand letter. I submitted a BBB complaint over a week ago and no response. My next step is Yelp and Google reviews and possibly the Attorney Generals office of Arizona.

Alen took my call and was super supportive while we waited for the machine to thaw and dry out. I was also helped out by Will and Luis during my time of need! And I was a bit needy. Honestly, the whole team was super supportive. They communicated via chat, text, phone, and mail. Basically, matching whatever method I was using at that moment.
