SEO Built for the Wrong Market BizIQ built the SEO campaign around Show Low, AZ instead of the Phoenix Metro area, which was the agreed target market. This error went undetected for over six months. For comparison, my previous website -- which had not been updated in three years -- consistently generated approximately 15-30 inquiries per month. The new website generated zero phone calls, texts, contact form submissions, or email inquiries during the 11 months it was active. Even after the SEO targeting error was corrected, results did not improve. I ended my agreement and hired another firm and my experience was night and day. Basically, I lost one-year of potential business because of BizIQ. They have a great marketing plan, they will develop your website, perform a supposed "best in class" SEO campaign, provide a dedicated resource to manage your day to day, offer digital marketing campaigns. A one shop stop. The most important word in that last sentence is STOP. STOP BEFORE YOU GET STARTED. I sent a demand letter requesting a refund for the one year I wasted and $13.8K is spent without a response. Hired a lawyer and they did not respond to their demand letter. I submitted a BBB complaint over a week ago and no response. My next step is Yelp and Google reviews and possibly the Attorney Generals office of Arizona.

I was billed, received receipts, and my WHOIS contact details were updated. I received official confirmation emails from Namecheap that the domains were now in my account and fully active. Over 10 days later, Namecheap suddenly claimed that the payment "was not completed" or "failed" -- despite their own receipts and confirmations showing otherwise. They are now asking me to pay again or risk losing domains I already own. This is completely unacceptable, as no domain can be transferred without payment clearing first. Their system confirmed ownership, updated WHOIS details, and issued invoices. This is not a buyer's fault -- it is either fraudulent behavior or severe internal mishandling by Namecheap. I am posting this review so others are aware. Always double-check your receipts and WHOIS updates, and be prepared to escalate complaints. Evidence: I hold copies of the Namecheap emails showing order numbers, transaction IDs, confirmed payments, and WHOIS updates. Warning: Be cautious before trusting Namecheap with critical domain purchases.

A Risky and Frustrating Experience -- Lost My Domains Over a Dubious Verification Process…read moreI registered 10 new domains with Namecheap, expecting a smooth and professional transaction. Initially, everything looked fine--I verified my email as requested, and my payment was showing as pending on my Citizens Bank account. Then came a bizarre and frustrating twist: I received an email from Namecheap's "Risk Management Team" demanding something called a "payment descriptor"--which wasn't even available yet, since the charge hadn't settled on my account. I explained this and offered alternative proof of payment. Their response? Silence and inflexibility. They eventually cancelled my entire order, putting me at serious risk of losing the domains I had just registered. Namecheap's fraud screening and so-called "risk management" process felt arbitrary, opaque, and punitive. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, they took the nuclear option--locking my account and wiping out my order despite timely communication on my part. If you're a professional or entrepreneur securing valuable domains, beware: Namecheap may not honor your purchase, even if your payment is legitimate and verifiable. Their systems appear more focused on covering their own liabilities than serving their customers. This experience was stressful, risky, and unacceptable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere--and strongly caution others to think twice before trusting Namecheap with time-sensitive or high-value domain registrations.

First we hired the design team who worked with us patiently, designing the review card and tweaking the design until we were satisfied. Then we placed a second order for 2 sets of business cards, based on the same design but with some major changes. They did not charge an additional design fee but again worked with us patiently until everything was right. The finished product arrived very quickly. We love our new business cards and so does everyone we give them to! I told the Taste of Ink design specialist that I wanted our customers to not be able to put the card down and they simply can't! They run their fingers over our embossed logo and curiously scan the QR code on the back which takes them to our website. Great design team, wonderful quality cards, quick turn around time - I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will certainly order from them again any time I need quality work.

4/14/12 - If I can give 0 stars, I would in a heart beat!…read more It's been ONE week after I contacted them and still received nothing. Their phone lines are busy and doesn't even give you a option to hold until the next available representative. Their manager Julie said it'll get to me by Friday. Well guess what? It's Saturday and still NOTHING. I requested for a full refund and taking my business elsewhere. THIS BUSINESS IS BOGUS, LIES, FALSE PROMISES, AND HAS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE UPDATED: 4/16/12 Just received it. And return address is from CHINA. not Arizona where their office is. When Julie said she'll check with production, she meant contact China, no wonder she couldn't give me a answer in a matter of minutes, but instead the next day. I think if they were up front about where it's being printed and how long it would have taken I would be patient and understanding. But this company wants you to believe that it's getting printed in the states. Makes sense why it took so long. TasteofInk, honestly will get a long way and lies get you no where. Asked for a return and they just ignored my email. Horrible company. Taking my business elsewhere.
