We researched local providers to help with developing a Logo, Webpage and Business Cards. Jen, from the first phone call, was amazing. We knew nothing except how to order cards. We had ideas and she was forthright, honest and gave great reasoning for why our idea(s) may not work. She said she'd have 3 logos for us to look at in 4 weeks and she was spot on. We decided, with her, on the best design and with minor tweaks we were done. This will be a progression for us and we for sure will be coming back to her in the near future for Website and Cards. With Gratitude! Thanks Jen! Jim & Paul. Vert Interiors Plantscape Design & Maintenance.

I've never before written a negative review, and I've waited a long time to write this one, simply…read morebecause I try to avoid criticizing people. However, I've had so many difficulties with Jen Chapman that I can't hold off any longer. She did build a website for me, which is why I gave her two stars, but it was a difficult and frustrating process. After the initial meetings, she would no longer talk to me on the phone but only accepted emails, which she often didn't respond to at all. When she did respond, it was clear that she hadn't read much of what was in them, even tho I made my emails as brief and well organized as I could so they would be clear to her. She ignored many of my requests and seemed to follow her own ideas without regard for what I wanted. There were times it was so difficult to deal with her that I ended up accepting less than I wanted just to get the job completed. The last straw, and why I'm posting this review now, was when I recently emailed her asking for login credentials for my website. My email was friendly and positive, asking how she was and thanking her in advance. Her reply, without any response to my good wishes for her, was simply "I don't have that information any more.". No greeting or signature, just that curt message. A marketing firm who will be working on my website told me that they have worked with web developers for many years and have never ever seen a response like that, or a refusal to help with such basic information. If you're considering Jen, beware. I'm not alone in my opinion; my experience was just like that of another reviewer. There are probably many more out there.

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience. To stay on top, we have developed dozens of websites through the years, always utilizing highly-recommended themed solutions by top-rated companies. In every case, the software could not do exactly what we needed it to do and customer service has always been lacking. Today that is no longer the case. BX3 took the time needed to move our entire website over into a much more modern and seemless website. They made numerous recommendations, always agreeing to do whatever we needed. I quickly realized that I needed to go with virtually every one of their recommendations. Our website now looks and functions great. There are always issues with any new store but in this case, those typical developmental issues were dealt with in real time by people who always operated as our advocates. Now, after 25 years of continual frustration I can focus on content and improvement of our web presence and I know I have Brian with BX3 available should I run into any issues whatsoever. BX3 gets my highest recommendation for providing incredible service at an affordable price and operating more as a business partner than a contractor. I am so glad I found these guys!

The relationship started out good, they were on top of things, but over time he lost his main developer and so their service suffered, especially as they got busier with other bigger clients (assuming) So, I stopped using him for seo and ppc services after a few months and then tried to go back to him after he found some new people to help him, and he never bothered to return my phone calls. I would have given a 5 star however it seemed he was bitter that I left and came back, partially understandable, however still denotes a 3 star rating for me. Updated to 5 stars, May, 2015. To me the sign of a good owner is not that they are perfect but that when they make a mistake they own up to it, they try hard to make it up, and do their best to make things right with their customer. Chuck after reading my previous review quickly called and apologize profusely not only that but he offered me a generous amount of free work and did it perfectly happily, and honestly. And it turned out great. Thanks Chuck!
