I had Geeks Mobile clean Sony computer about 3-4 years ago. At that time, it was suggested to…read morereplace the cooling fan. The past year or so the screen had been getting warm. I would only be on the computer 45 minutes or so before turning the display off to let it cool down. My computer is 17 years old and I put off replacing the fan as long as I could. I called on Wednesday before noon and they picked it up that afternoon. By Friday I had my computer back and it's like it's new again. It has made a world of difference. You can't get any better service for the reasonable charge than Geeks Mobile.

I could not be more unhappy with the service of this company. Two weeks ago, they showed up more…read morean hour late for an appointment - no phone call, no prior notice - nothing. They have no respect or appreciation for how a professional office works. The two items that I paid them to fix that day also did not get fixed, The problems have continued to this day - and they are major problems that seriously disrupt our workflow. Deon Lee Hanson then talked me into "upgrading" my network, telling me that my network was running on very old technology. So, I agreed to pay him for, and paid him, for this supposed "upgrade." While here to perform the supposed "upgrade," they shut down my computer and disconnected me from my network without telling me in advance. I was working on several documents at the time, all of which were lost and had to be redone because of this bonehead move. When I asked Deon Lee why they did this, he replied that he didn't know that I was here. Didn't know that I was here? I welcomed him at the door and have a glass enclosed office that looks directly into the area where our server closet is located. No honesty at all in my opinion. The "upgrade" has since turned into a disaster. EVERYTHING on my system and network runs slower than it did before Deon Lee Hanson touched anything. Our ability to maintain our workflow is even worse now. I asked Deon Lee for the money back that I paid for the repairs he never performed and the supposed "upgrade" that made my system worse. I needed the money back because now I am going to have to pay another IT firm to come in and fix this utter mess that Geeks Mobile created. Mr. Lee refused to refund my money. I now have to file a lawsuit. Folks, there are plenty of good mobile IT firms out there that are far, far better and more professional than this one. In my opinion, whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are not talented and will not make things right when they mess up.

We have been working with Mike and his team for 2 years now, running Facebook Ads for our two…read morefitness studios in San Diego, California. We have used other marketing companies in the past for our non-gym franchises, and in comparison LoudRumor goes above and beyond anything I've ever experience with an advertising agency. There's a lot that sets LoudRumor apart from other agencies: * They are in close communication with their accounts. I get a call from my account manager at least weekly to talk about ad performance, lead cost, and what I'm seeing as far as trends go in my studios. This allows us to make swift changes to marketing strategies and helps hold me accountable for the leads I'm paying to get (business owners need babysitters too sometimes). * They produce high quality video ads. I've shot video ads with them over the years and it's always an incredibly fast turn around and they really bring my vision to life. * They have the lead follow up structure in place. You get someone to click on your ad, great! Now what? The design beautiful, professional, branded landing pages with lead forms and a thank you screen. The lead automatically receives a welcome email/text and you receive a notification of their interest and their information goes into a lead follow up sheet. They set you up for success beyond simply running ads that get clicked on. * Their Director of Innovation, Chris, keeps the accounts ahead of the curve with new ideas and trends. LoudRumor has always been early adopters of new features and technology. * They have a special group for their accounts so gym owners from across the country can talk and the account managers share awesome tips and success stories. * They specialize in fitness. This is so important because we are an industry with high turnover and lots of niche markets. * They are a genuine pleasure to work with. Mike is a great guy. His team has an amazing energy to them and you can see their commitment to the fitness industry. These guys are true professionals. You can see how hard they work at perfecting their craft if you check them out on social media. If you have a gym or health and wellness studio, go check LoudRumor out and overwhelm yourself with leads.

Their account management services are atrocious. Severe lack of communication, follow through, or…read moreresults. We took our account management back in-house and have seen triple the results for 1/4 the cost. No exaggeration. The virtual training service they offer is very good, but overpriced. They are essentially running two differently structured businesses that don't communicate with the other side very well. Communication seemed to be the core issue to the problems we had. I would not recommend the account management services at all. I would recommend the virtual training if you have a team to train and can afford it.
