Unfortunately, a visible slit was cut into the front of the jacket. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or accountability--just deflection and excuses. For context, I asked if they could have the order ready a day early, only if it wouldn't compromise quality. They agreed, but based on the results, it appears the job may have been rushed and lacked quality control. If meeting the earlier deadline wasn't feasible, they should have said so. I would have preferred a slight delay over this outcome. They also have not returned one of our lab coats (over a month from when we picked up everything else) which was supposed to be embroidered but wasn't completed in time. If you value your clothing and expect to be treated professionally, I recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, this business was careless, dismissive, and unaccountable.
