LoudRumor has always been early adopters of new features and technology. * They have a special group for their accounts so gym owners from across the country can talk and the account managers share awesome tips and success stories. * They specialize in fitness. This is so important because we are an industry with high turnover and lots of niche markets. * They are a genuine pleasure to work with. Mike is a great guy. His team has an amazing energy to them and you can see their commitment to the fitness industry. These guys are true professionals. Their account management services are atrocious. Severe lack of communication, follow through, or results. We took our account management back in-house and have seen triple the results for 1/4 the cost. No exaggeration. The virtual training service they offer is very good, but overpriced. They are essentially running two differently structured businesses that don't communicate with the other side very well. Communication seemed to be the core issue to the problems we had. I would not recommend the account management services at all. I would recommend the virtual training if you have a team to train and can afford it. read more

Dear "Logan" at Loud Rumor, you send unsolicited emails without an opt out link. It is extremely unprofessional and unethical. Some people might even report you as a spammer. You call up, a cold call, and pretend the business contacted you. You continue to call after being asked not to call. You also come off like a drunk frat boy. I am engaged in sales for a living, you want me to trust you, and if you were my employee, I'd fire you. So why would anyone trust you with their money and their marketing? read more

Mike was a savvy business guy, who seems to know about SEO. However I'm a results guy, and the results I got from their SEO services in regards to my companies website traffic were dismal. I spent over $3500 over 10 months and according to Google analytic's I got ZERO increase in traffic over that 10 months. Repeatedly I spoke to Mike about this and he kept reassuring that it just took time, and the google panda and hummingbird this and that changed everything. In the end I don't accept excuses, their service failed to produce results. Not a good ROI for me. He did return my last months fee as a consolation, however $3500 down the drain for me. read more
