They offered to reimburse half of what I paid, but that doesn't begin to cover the cost of the damaged clothing caused by poor embroidery. For context, I asked if they could have the order ready a day early, only if it wouldn't compromise quality. They agreed, but based on the results, it appears the job may have been rushed and lacked quality control. If meeting the earlier deadline wasn't feasible, they should have said so. I would have preferred a slight delay over this outcome. They also have not returned one of our lab coats (over a month from when we picked up everything else) which was supposed to be embroidered but wasn't completed in time. If you value your clothing and expect to be treated professionally, I recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, this business was careless, dismissive, and unaccountable.

I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

My job was a "rush" job and so I didn't have time to review a proof. The final product was absolutely PERFECT. It surpassed my expectations. The price was beyond fair. I had bleed edges on gloss paper and they had the project completed several hours prior to the narrow deadline. Really good people run this shop. All these five star reviews are totally legit.

Or what about something that you've already had printed last minute but then need a correction because of your own mistake... even more last minute? Luckily for people here in the valley with a printing fiasco on your hands, you can go to International Minute Press (heck maybe anyone anywhere can use them with that name). While I might not know about the "international" part, I do know about the "minute" part and love them for it. They should also have "incredibly reasonable prices for high quality work" in their name too... however I don't think that would fit on the building that well so I can see why they would leave it out. This business completely saved my tail and it has become a running joke with a coworker and I when we think we messed something up, or need something impossible... "oh just call International Minute Press, they will calmly tell us they can have it done in minutes for $1.97" Yeah, they are that good. They were very helpful on the phone and the process of pick up was essentially seamless. They are fairly conveniently located in the Papago strip mall by that Sky Song spot and are very responsive to requests via phone/email. They also have no problems doing individualized small batch orders and go above and beyond to watch out for errors (notifying me of what they thought could be a typo in a name etc). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get things professionally printed ie name tags, flyers, signs, invitations and the like.
