The online forms asked me what dates I wanted and I gave them a week window. It took them halfway into that window timeframe to call me back and ASK me what dates I wanted. When I said you have 2 days left or I'm canceling, they said they had to check with another department and call me back. They called back the next day and said they would come the next day, Friday. I asked for a window on Friday, morning, afternoon, evening? They said they would have to call back. It's Friday, I've been on hold for over 15 minutes to find out the window. This is the second time I called. The first time was when I tried to schedule by phone and got no one after 15 minutes. I should have gotten the hint. Customer service is non-existent. Makes me wonder about the quality and security of my data.
