They seem to have that issue a lot Michael Slonin Team OFFICIALLY I am done with geek choice/Matthew Mackey/AND WM!!!! Posted: Feb 28 48 Comments. Post a comment Michael Slonin ALL you might have recalled I was crazy enough to take 2 calls from this co and the agreement was for NET3 in my offer. so what happened was with enough pushing and billing letters directly to him. He finally emailed me back on the one from the 15th granted this is 17 days later than he should of paid with some BS that the customer is having the same issue. YOU and I know the real reason was disputing the bill since I reimaged the PC. ANY WHO so I finally got him to pay on the first one BTW when he approved the WO yesterday he scheduled payment for next week so that is a total of NET27 on the firs ticket and the second he canceled. so he STIFFED ME......and WORKMARKET LET HIM GET AWAY WITH IT!!!! WHAT A POS! Posted: Feb 28 Patrick Nelson So file small claims in your jurisdiction, and make him come to you.... Posted: Feb 28 Clint Anderson Welcome to Work Market. Sorry you learned the hard way. File your liens and tell him your going to contact his customer for payment. Posted: Feb 28 2 likes Michael Slonin realistically cant - I wish I could file against this prick but working on my clearance and dont want to muck up that process with a BS lawsuit over an unpaid bill. I would also name WM in the lawsuit which would complicate things Posted: Feb 28 Gregory Clark It won't muck up your clearance application. Just fully, accurately, and as impartially as possible, disclose the circumstances behind it. Try not to get yourself worked up about it during the polygraph. You'll be fine. Posted: Feb 28 1 like Nathan Darnall Curious. Ok, I understand you haven't been paid for a job. And, I understand you are about to file liens, etc. How much money is at stake here? Posted: Feb 28 Clint Anderson given the buyer I'd bet less than 100 bucks. It's the point of the matter. Normally threatening to file liens on ones client will get them to pay up. But if they still won't pay the trick is YOU MUST FILE!. Threat has not teeth if you don't. Posted: Feb 28 2 likes Nathan Darnall lol...Yes Clint, I understand the process...but if that is really the amount it seems a bit counter productive. College classes cost more than $100 and I bet he learned a lot with this encounter. I'd write it off as a business loss and not waste any more time...but then again, look at me...I'm typing a stupid opinion that makes no difference anyway...lol. Posted: Feb 28 Michael Slonin my frustration is not worth my time to file. just giving everyone a FYI not to do business with this prick HE WONT PAY!!!! Posted: Feb 28 Yousef Safa I am with Nathan...I had issues with this guy on FN...Not worth the time to file etc.... Posted: Feb 28 Nathan Darnall lol...Thanks Michael...most of use have already said no, prior to this happening to you. Posted: Feb 28 Clint Anderson and now you know why he keeps stiffing techs. you guys let him get away with it. Posted: Feb 28 1 like Al Michaels working from termial.. saying this with a german accent..there are vays to deal with this problem Posted: Feb 28 1 like Michael Slonin and yes Clint you have the satisfaction of saying I told you so..... at least he paid or scheduled to pay on one of the tickets.... you know I finally got him on the phone and you know what he had the nerve to tell me. he gives WM so much business that they will do anything he TELLS THEM TO DO. again what a f rat!!!! Posted: Feb 28 Nathan Darnall lol...yes Clint...and if those techs would do their homework...lol, nevermind... Posted: Feb 28 1 like Clint Anderson theft of services is a phone call to your local pd btw. Posted: Feb 28 1 like Clint Anderson you have not been paid till the money is in YOUR control... Posted: Feb 28 Michael Slonin @AL let me get my ppls to talk to your ppls LOL Posted: Feb 28 Al Michaels let the "high class individual get away with it once, he will continue to screw everyone else..you let him walk all over you, you are no better than he is Posted: Feb 28 1 like Clint Anderson I wonder what WM would think if we did net -1 terms. Pay before we roll the truck. I have one client I did that to when they had a hard time paying their bills. Posted: Feb 28 Nathan Darnall lol...must be an east of the rockies thing... Over here we just give them a GPS to navigate Oregon. Posted: Feb 28 Clint Anderson I think WM will learn if they want to keep the quality techs, buyers and stay relivent they are going to have to get involved in payment issues. It's rare I take anything on WM. I think I did over 200 tickets with them last year.

When I picked it up, he had repaired the front screen which was already fine and left the back screen, the actual problem, untouched. It became an even bigger headache from there. The repair somehow got tangled up with my phone insurance claim, and I've spent hours trying to sort it out. I would not recommend this shop.
