I've been going round and round in circles with two guys. The guy who was incarcerated got out and then informed me that an assistant who used to work for them got upset and stole a ton of equipment. Not my problem! Needless to say after driving back and forth across the valley and getting the run around a billion times, they finally agreed to replace the computer. When that date and time came, no one was anywhere to be found. More time went by and I called before I drove over and the two main computer repair guys were ghost. By this time, I was prepared to serve them and take this to court. Beyond ridiculous. They then agreed to give me cash. Ok I'm fine with that, but wanted to low ball me, telling me my device depreciated and some wholesale BS! Again, not my problem! Words can't describe how infuriating this is and the biggest inconvenience. Avoid this place at all cost!!

The first technician they sent out actually made matters WORSE than they were before. Before he came, I could receive but not send emails. When he left --- and for hours and hours after that -- I could not send OR receive emails. I was shut down - a small business owner's nightmare. He also told me that when the system came back up, all of the emails that I missed the previous day would re-populate. He was wrong about that too. So I lost a significant amount of business that I can never get back. The second person they sent out admitted that he did know how to fix the problem, and did not know his way around a Mac either. Another wasted hour. There were then supposed to send out yet another technician to fix the problem, but then they called me at the 11th hour to tell me that he would not be coming because the bottom line was, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ANYONE CAPABLE OF FIXING IT -- the complete opposite of what they told me when I first called them. So, I lost the ability to get someone else in here who actually knows what they are doing. It was a complete circus. I took my laptop to him for a screen replacement paid him his fee then he told me an additional part was needed that he would order and when I was following up with him, he assured me he was following up to see where the part was and then he decided he was no longer going to take my calls or text messages. He took over $300 from me and never completed the work. Luckily I was able to get my laptop from him to use while he was ordering the other part that I never received so he never finished any work. My laptop was broken and he has $300 in his pocket. Oh, and on top of it when he was trying to fix it, he broke my screen even more.
