We scheduled a diagnostic home visit. He provided an honest assessment on what I needed for the repair explaining and showing the area on concern. I ordered parts on eBay with his assistance because he didn't have the logic board readily in stock which would have cost more. Once I receive the items, he will come back to repair. I had another MacBook Pro I asked if he could look at because the tracking mouse pad didn't work. He did another diagnostic and fixed the issue. He didn't charge me for another diagnostic.
