After waiting a week for the company who did the original installation to call me back I went to Yelp and found Digital Solutionz. It was the best thing that could have happened. And they managed to fix it in 3 days, compared to the week it took the other store to do the same thing but worse. The customer service from TechBros was great, will definitely come here for future repairs if needed.

A very professional operation. I was happy to find that all my files and software were intact. The only difference was the incredible speed and storage of the new box. They were timely in scheduling the appointment, although they were not available for almost a week. Come appointment time, the guys showed up right on time, were very professional and worked diligently throughout the time. Labor was for both for two hours each. Ended up being a little over $500, with 10% discount given as a new customer. So far everything works great and the area is vastly cleaned up of unnecessary parts and wires that had been original to the wiring box. Again, very professional, courteous and diligent. Very happy with the end product. It was a project that I had wanted to have done for years.

Update: Well since I have no internet I do have cell…read moreservice because it is not connected to my Control 4 so I have time to point out to your future customers that absolutely nothing was omitted from my texts. Also you admitted to me this morning that you "lost" your receptionist and that is why you didn't respond to my texts. But go ahead and lie on yelp. That will ALWAYS help you get more business! The bigger WOW here was when I hung up the phone from you blaming me for me being frustrated with you, I then called my husband and he said he had just hung up from Roman (who is not your technician but rather the owner of the company) and he basically told my husband that he doesn't have time and to call anyone else in the valley to do the work. So we did! We look forward to someone coming tomorrow to fix this mess! Maybe the best way to get ahold of you is through a yelp review because you sure responded to that quicker than almost a month! Hahahaha We have had our control 4 system w CinemaScope which used to be Modern Home now for 2.5-3 years. The install went good and we're promised the world when meeting with Roman and he and his guys came to set up our TVs and internet. But fast forward to when you need someone to come out and fix something or you need a service call...then you have to wait 2 weeks or more to get your service completed. OR you message them and they don't even call or text back. With this last set of problems I first text them on May 4th. Then the problems have gotten worse and worse and now the whole system is not working. We try to reset, doesn't work. Then we call cox because they like to blame everything on cox, that doesn't work. Then when we are upset that it took almost a month for them to call back, they say I know you are upset and you're taking it out on me! Uuuuuhhhhhh yeah!!! I'm taking it out on you because you don't answer the phone, you don't answer texts, and then when we do finally track you down it's going to be 2 weeks before we get someone out to look at it! I have 2 businesses that I run from my home and 2 weeks is a long time to be out of business!!! Hire more people so you can live up to what you are selling people!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Attached are the communications the last few times we have needed assistance. Sometimes you are communicated with and sometimes not! Use someone else that has better customer service, that doesn't put the blame on you!
