These people KNOW their stuff. Bluetooth hands free car kits, stereos, speakers, subwoofers, enclosures, autostart, alarms and now even water/gas conversions for better mileage. They have experience working on high end exotics, and can sometimes even come to you to do simple installs. What's nice is they're personable and willing to help you with problems from former installs and are wonderful about explaining things and helping the customer. Even if you know nothing about a product, they'll explain in detail. Customer service is very personal and they treat everyone like a vip. The water/gas conversions they're working on will help consumers and companies deal with the insane gas prices. This guy knows his stuff! I needed a decent desktop to replace my 10+ year old custom PC, without paying for a new, expensive system. I already had all the accessories (keyboard, mouse, speakers, monitors, etc.), so all I needed was an inexpensive (RE: cheap) desktop. I needed a place to fix my keyboard from a previously bad technician that told me she could replace my keyboard. (It was not supposed to be replaced the way he did, I found out later from Raven).
