They have experience working on high end exotics, and can sometimes even come to you to do simple installs. What's nice is they're personable and willing to help you with problems from former installs and are wonderful about explaining things and helping the customer. This guy knows his stuff! I needed a decent desktop to replace my 10+ year old custom PC, without paying for a new, expensive system.
