My most recent issue was that my desktop computer was not connecting to the internet. James, the service rep, came to our home and tried to fix the problem there, but when that didn't work, he took the computer back to the shop, tested it there, and found that my computer connected without any problem at the shop. The computer was brought back to my house, and James was able to connect my computer to the internet without a problem. In total, I was without my computer for only one day, and I was charged only $45.00, which also included a reconfiguration of our wireless network and wireless devices. I would highly recommend Fountain Hills Computer Services (and James, the service rep) for your computer problem needs!

I had designed, with the help of AI, a simple website but could not figure out how to make it go live on the internet. Also since retiring a decade ago had not had much need for computer support. Issac came over the next day and got my website up and running perfectly, showed me how to make changes to it and added a company email for me. He probably thought I was an old guy with no business trying to do my own tech work, but he never let on. Very friendly, helpful timely and fairly priced. From now on he will do any work I need remotely but he likes to meet new clients in person. I give him a 5 star rating.

I tried this myself in the past but as a senior citizen it was a nightmare. Not only did Gen Tech have it up and running in less than an hour they also checked my older lap top for any malware. I strongly recommend AGAINST using this company. When I called them, they misrepresented to me that…read morethey had technicians with the expertise to fix my problem, when they did not. The first technician they sent out actually made matters WORSE than they were before. Before he came, I could receive but not send emails. When he left --- and for hours and hours after that -- I could not send OR receive emails. I was shut down - a small business owner's nightmare. He also told me that when the system came back up, all of the emails that I missed the previous day would re-populate. He was wrong about that too. So I lost a significant amount of business that I can never get back. The second person they sent out admitted that he did know how to fix the problem, and did not know his way around a Mac either. Another wasted hour. There were then supposed to send out yet another technician to fix the problem, but then they called me at the 11th hour to tell me that he would not be coming because the bottom line was, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ANYONE CAPABLE OF FIXING IT -- the complete opposite of what they told me when I first called them. So, I lost the ability to get someone else in here who actually knows what they are doing. It was a complete circus. I would never recommend to anyone - and certainly not a business owner - that they use this company.
