He arrived as expected and after showing him the new equipment, he got right to work. And then after they told me they couldn't do the job, I found an hour later that my USB chip for my mouse was gone. However, this does not take away from the fact that I felt that my experience was quite the headache and I had the increasing perception that the company lacked competence.
