Not being the most tech savvy individual it can be a little nerve racking to have to hire an IT company. Holy batman! Joe is FAST, FRIENDLY, HONEST, AFFORDABLE, KNOWLEDGABLE, & did I mention fast!? Moments after I sent him an inquiry about 40,000+ pictures that I had lost on my external hard drive (cue the tears), & an extremely slow and unresponsive macbook pro, he responded with available appointment times and answered all of my other questions. Wow! All I have to say is Joe is amazing! So quick to help, came to us, and found a solution for both of our issues. My external hard drive USB connection broke ... and Joe was able to switch out the casing so that we could keep all our pictures safe once again. I would have been in tears otherwise. Joe saved me $100. And, it did not cost me a dime. I purchased my computer last year over the internet and ever since then I've periodically experienced reboot problems. Today, there was a Microsoft update and I could not reboot at all. Another repair company I found on Yelp would keep my computer for 24 hours before diagnosing the problem or I could pay $100 to get service immediately when I went to their shop. I had been having such frustration using my PC: it was slow, closing windows willy nilly and not letting me type in my programs.
