He has been helping me out of sticky computer situations for probably a decade now - I trust him implicitly and he will not only go the extra mile but will straight up tell you when you passed the last mile and it's time to just give up. We purchased extenders and the Netgear batwing 8000X super modem that is so powerful it might cause mutations and be illegal in other countries. Soon The west side of the house was deemed the Black Hole of WiFi death. After some research we hired Data Doctors. THEY ARE Amazing. The fixed our WiFi added hot spots throughout the house and set up the kids network from the adults so that I can snack down their WiFi at a moments notice! No more waiting for things to load or download or print! I'm having to kick the neighbor kids off our WiFi now! No more black hole of death!

I can't remember who I talked to, but I told him what I was thinking about changing out my own failing SD hard drive on my laptop because Dell told me they no longer support the laptop. He told me Data Doctor prices, what else would go into it (e.g., getting Windows back on the computer), and that if I couldn't do it myself, Data Doctors was there for me. He didn't exactly tell me to go for it, but he definitely gave me the confidence to know I was on the right track. I was able to save myself 100s of dollars by doing it myself. Disclaimer: Sean is in the process of moving his storefront from Tempe to Gilbert and is running a pickup/drop off service. I offered to meet him halfway as his location was around 20 minutes away and he was very grateful. I am not one to typically leave reviews, however Sean was so kind, well meaning, respectful, and gave me live updates about how the repair was going. This was the best customer service experience I have ever received in tech. The apple store quoted me at $1300 and sean completely repaired my water damaged 2017 macbook pro and was able to recover all of my data for just $400. My computer was under reasonable use conditions and slightly dirty when I gave it to him. He returned it back in sparkling condition having cleaned thoroughly the interior and exterior. He even cleaned my dusty fans even though they had nothing to do with the repair. Above and beyond service. 5 stars
