Excellent Customer Service!…read more I recently hired Scott at Diamondback Home Theater to mount three, large screen TVs in my Scottsdale Home. From my first contact with Scott to the completion of the project, I could not have been more pleased. Scott was great at communicating in advance of his service. We discussed the project, my expectations, and specific needs. Importantly, I did not want to see any wires and that some of the mounting locations would be difficult, including one wall that was curved. Scott kept me apprised of his schedule via text and arrived promptly. He brought the perfect mounts for each location and his price for the mounts was very reasonable. Meticulous in his work, Scott put down tarps to protect our floors and carpeting. He measured everything carefully in advance, ran new Romex wire behind the walls and installed new outlets behind the TVs. He connected the RF boxes via HDMI and hid the boxes behind the TVs, as well. The result was a very clean and streamlined look in each room and TVs that function perfectly. The price for the entire project was very reasonable for the amount of work done. Scott was friendly and courteous throughout the project and a pleasure to have in our home. I would definitely contract with Scott/Diamondback Home Theater again and highly recommend him.

Although if you want to know more about room configuration and damping or if you're really excited, you may want to take a listen to the new $750,000 Wilson speakers that they have on display. There are actually two pairs, and I think they are just the most amazing speakers in the world. Frankly, I simply can't afford them. I have really outstanding speakers, but nothing like that, and it couldn't fit in my room in any event. They carry Burmester and some Macintosh gear, a lot of Wilson Audio equipment, a lot of integrated amplifiers. They also carry Bob Carver's new amplifier systems, which are upwards of half a million bucks if you have that much money to spend. Worth a visit just for the education alone, but my phono preamp went Caput ( thank yiu for going out of business cuz the owner died and didn't give anyone the password, so that beautiful transimpedence cartridge preamp is unable to be repaired cuz even citcuit diaragams are lost. So off to Phoenix for a new Burmeister 100 step-up amp . To give you perspective, a new step.up amp.eas & 22,000. The only thing missing is follow up on shipping, which is abysmal. Oh, they service my Linn Sondek and in my opinion they are close in quality to Stan at Shellys Audio in LA. Who is king of Llnn setup in the USA? They were timely in scheduling the appointment, although they were not available for almost a week. Come appointment time, the guys showed up right on time, were very professional and worked diligently throughout the time. Labor was for both for two hours each. Ended up being a little over $500, with 10% discount given as a new customer. So far everything works great and the area is vastly cleaned up of unnecessary parts and wires that had been original to the wiring box. Again, very professional, courteous and diligent. Very happy with the end product. It was a project that I had wanted to have done for years.

But fast forward to when you need someone to come out and fix something or you need a service call...then you have to wait 2 weeks or more to get your service completed. OR you message them and they don't even call or text back. With this last set of problems I first text them on May 4th. Then the problems have gotten worse and worse and now the whole system is not working. We try to reset, doesn't work. Then we call cox because they like to blame everything on cox, that doesn't work. Then when we are upset that it took almost a month for them to call back, they say I know you are upset and you're taking it out on me! Uuuuuhhhhhh yeah!!! I'm taking it out on you because you don't answer the phone, you don't answer texts, and then when we do finally track you down it's going to be 2 weeks before we get someone out to look at it! I have 2 businesses that I run from my home and 2 weeks is a long time to be out of business!!! Hire more people so you can live up to what you are selling people!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! With the new "receiver", my husband couldn't get a certain radio station to play so Roger diagnosed the problem and made the trip back to our home with the part and only a $10 for that part.
