He called back very soon and, at no charge, Facetimed to see how the computer was running. (He could have diagnosed through remote access but the computer was too slow for that). Mr. Barton figured out the crux of the problem at lightening speed. He explained that the problem wasn't something worth paying for repair. Not only did his honesty not earn him any money, but he gladly recommend some excellent laptops and even sent us the links on Amazon! By the way, we have taken that laptop previously to two local repair shops. We were totally ripped off at the first one and the second one installed upgraded parts but had no solution for the speed problem. He agreed to repair it under warranty, but after multiple weeks, and additional expense, they weren't able to fix it. When I lightly pushed back about the delays the owner threw a tantrum and told me to come get my machine but he was only giving me back half the money. I'll spare you all back-and-forth details but scroll through the reviews here and see how he responds to negative feedback. He's dismissive and lacks maturity. That's him. That's what you get. If you're cool with that type of behavior, have a computer issue that's easy to solve, and lots of time to get it solved, then AIT could be a good fit for you. If you want a professional that can confidently solve your issue in a reasonable amount of time, then you might consider other options. Edit: Look no further than the owner's rambling response to this review for evidence of my points above. Zero accountability, its always someone else's fault he wasn't successful.

My most recent issue was that my desktop computer was not connecting to the internet. James, the service rep, came to our home and tried to fix the problem there, but when that didn't work, he took the computer back to the shop, tested it there, and found that my computer connected without any problem at the shop. The computer was brought back to my house, and James was able to connect my computer to the internet without a problem. In total, I was without my computer for only one day, and I was charged only $45.00, which also included a reconfiguration of our wireless network and wireless devices. I would highly recommend Fountain Hills Computer Services (and James, the service rep) for your computer problem needs!
