    This is a 2.5 rating rounded down. I have been with AT&T for a long while, because I switched to…read morethem as my employer offers a discount. I have an unlimited plan and have had one since starting my service. I have been having network issues since I upgraded to a Z Fold3G last year and I have already had insurance replace the phone once. The phone and service is great when I am at home and connected to wifi. My service is shotty AF when I am away from home, which defeats the purpose of a cellular phone. I went to this location to get a new sim card and things went well. Within a week I learned the phone was not receiving calls. When I went back the person, I dealt with wanted to walk me through all the things I had already done, reset the network, call Asurion, etc. The person told me I would have to contact Samsung since what they attempted did not work. This is the first time I have ever been referred to the manufacturer of a cell phone to fix an issue dealing with AT&T network service. I was told this location is corporate. Well, that may be true, but it is just like the other locations so do not make the mistake to go out of your way to go here, like I did, when they just want to pass the buck. They prefer to hang out with one another in this location rather than assist a customer. I would rather waste my money online where I know it is just a purchase, rather than in the store where they would prefer to do anything other than their job.

    Won't stop blasting music. We tried to turn the music down at the speaker and the worker (manager)…read moreused his phone to turn it back on and increase the volume of his own playlist. You can tell he was the "manager" as he did nothing at all as everyone around him was working and instead just played his music and did nothing. He was not wearing a name tag.
