This is a 2.5 rating rounded down. I have been with AT&T for a long while, because I switched to them as my employer offers a discount. I have an unlimited plan and have had one since starting my service. I have been having network issues since I upgraded to a Z Fold3G last year and I have already had insurance replace the phone once. The phone and service is great when I am at home and connected to wifi. My service is shotty AF when I am away from home, which defeats the purpose of a cellular phone. I went to this location to get a new sim card and things went well. Within a week I learned the phone was not receiving calls. When I went back the person, I dealt with wanted to walk me through all the things I had already done, reset the network, call Asurion, etc. The person told me I would have to contact Samsung since what they attempted did not work. This is the first time I have ever been referred to the manufacturer of a cell phone to fix an issue dealing with AT&T network service. I was told this location is corporate. Well, that may be true, but it is just like the other locations so do not make the mistake to go out of your way to go here, like I did, when they just want to pass the buck. They prefer to hang out with one another in this location rather than assist a customer. I would rather waste my money online where I know it is just a purchase, rather than in the store where they would prefer to do anything other than their job. read more

Won't stop blasting music. We tried to turn the music down at the speaker and the worker (manager) used his phone to turn it back on and increase the volume of his own playlist. You can tell he was the "manager" as he did nothing at all as everyone around him was working and instead just played his music and did nothing. He was not wearing a name tag. read more

This review is for AT&T directly not the store. Do not ever buy phones or service from anyone representing AT&T in the grocery store. They lie and cheat you out of your money. AT&T was supposed to pay for two transferred phones. I have tried multiple times to get them to pay for the phones. I've called and gone into a store with no luck. I submitted the requested documents and they still are trying to find ways not to pay. Don't walk, run if anyone from AT&T approaches you. Disgusting company. This review is for AT&T in general and its retailer located inside Costco Business Center at 3801 N 33rd Ave in Phoenix, AZ squarely. First of all, all Costco customers be aware of AT&T Kiosk and especially person named Lala. They will try to trick you to sign up for a contract of 3 years persuading with good deals on paper and by mouth because you are a Costco customer. Thanks to God, I signed up for paperless which allowed me to see charges quadrupling the promised billing coming. I had reached out for help but the bills coming to my end were real. Before I activated the 4 lines for my family, I instead cancelled the service and returned their devices and gotten back my taxes and activation fees. I thought I was done with them, mysteriously five days later, I saw a charge on my Costco Credit Card by Citi. I reported them to the bank and told the bank not to let them charge my card without my approval. After few months of talks, Citi Bank retrieved what the AT&T charged to my card. Guess what, they did not stop there, daily automated calls, emailing, and paper mails were my daily doses for $165. Finally, after I exhausted talking to their customer services and I did not pay them for service that I do not even have started, they went to their favorite collector, Sunrise. Sunrise started from where AT&T left and eventually reported me to credit bureaus. Now I am writing this review to make sure AT&T Kiosk at Costco Business Center will never cons Costco customers again when they read this. Above all, I did my homework with Costco Business Center to learn more about what is happening and the manager told me that they (AT&T) are operating individually without their influent. Yeah, I have forgotten, they too promise you that there's a special costumer service line mainly for Costco customers but that was a pure lie for I tested that one too. Honestly this joint has the worst customer service ever, they lie at first to get you to say yes to all their "specials" quoting you an amount and making it sound too good to be truth and well you believe them and later get screwed! We were quoted $167 after the first few months and it ended up being $240 I'm sorry what?? After complaining to them and speaking to the manger she stated we must have heard wrong, and that it's impossible to have quoted us that amount when we got so much. But that's what Sonia had told us and that is 100 percent the truth. The Manager did ended up lowering it down quite a bit but still not what we were initially quoted, and only because she changed our plan, then she said we never validated our email address. I came in with an Apple Watch and Phone pairing problem,both purchases from AT&T. Was told they could not help or touch my phone and called someone for me to talk to. Two hours later Trying to listen to the tech on the store phone trying to hear over the store employees play loud Rap music , which I repeatedly asked them to be professional and turn down I left before there was a problem as they only turned up the volume more. One Apple Watch series 7 and I Phone 12 later and my old Phone not working I am out of pocket the cost so I'll be mailing the phone and watch back for a refund. My review starts with the poor satisfaction that I had with AT&T customer service over the phone. Sadly it leads into the store!! I called to upgrade to a new iphone 13 pro max and was having problems doing it online so i called 611 and placed the order over the phone. As for the delivery i was given the option to pick up at this particular location. I made sure to call the store to confirm my order was ready within two hours and was told they did not have an order for me. I called customer service back and apparently they messed my order up and set it up to be delivered to my house after multiple confirmations with the lady over the phone. I had customer serviced cancel my order in order to go to the store and place it to get the phone today. I called the store to confirm the phone was still in stock. I forgot who i spoke with because I typically give employees the benefit of the doubt. I was told there was one in stock but they where not able to hold it for me. I told them I was on my way and drove 30min out of my way to get there. When I got there I was assisted by Crystal who tried to help me upgrade but due to the order cancelation she was un able to. I had to call customer service while at the store in order to have them clear my account after a few minutes it was taken care of. Ones Crystal confirmed my eligibility to upgrade she confirmed what device I wanted and told her I had spoken with someone about he ability of the phone. Sadly i did not take a name. To find out there was no phones in stock shockingly it was no longer there. My time was waisted by both ends when I find it highly unlikely that the device could have been sold based on the amount of people there. Wrong information lead to me wasting my time and the only solution was "do you have her name my manger asked". My question is what is that going to resolve it surely wont give me my time back. For future reference it is important to train employees to provide accurate information and work ethically. I don't have to tell any that should or shouldn't visit this store, But I would never come back here again. Steve Avila is retail sales consultant who sold me the phone and opened new lines. He FOOLED me that no activation fee because I have cosco account. He added the protect insurance on the new phone even I asked him "please don't do it". He gave me his business card. I received the bill last week that have come with activation fee and protect insurance. First, I tried to contact him to fix the bill but he did ignore me even my messages or phone calls. I decided to visit the store again, in here, they asked why I came, tell me to call the customer service instead see them. Then IGNORED me by leave talking with other people. I called the customer service and verified that they never hear about cosco promotions. That was STEVE AVILA FOOLED ME. I don't how the manager works for the store, but everyone should know about it. I rated this store for one stars. This store have to understand how customers feel when they ruled to them. People spend money to receive a good service. there is a lot of AT&T stores around. on the other hand, many mobility's companies have a good service are looking for customers. read more

This has to be one of the worst ATT stores if not the worst. ATT is already a company that has the worst customer service specially after merging with Direct TV. This store employs the worst customer reps, they don't pay attention to you and when asked a question they don't know the answer. They have you wait 2-3 hours just to give you no answers to the questions you have. They have music playing so load you can't even speak. In the time I was here 3 customers walked out and did nothing to help. I worked customer service and ran my own store and one thing they teach us when running a store is that we represent the company I guess ATT doesn't care who represents them. This is the first time I've ever been to a phone store that doesn't know how to sell/activate cell phones. I went in to add a line to an existing plan and get a new phone and end up being given a second plan. I explained 3-4 times before and after that I didn't want a new plan but to add a new line and was told we could merge the plans after. I spent the better part of the evening on the phone with AT&T after my sales rep said they couldn't actually merge the accounts. Eventually I was told that I couldn't merge the accounts either after them having me pay 2 months ahead on both accounts. I gave up and will be paying extra every month from here out because of this stores error. Hopefully the actual phone service makes up for it. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service, rudest, inhospitable manager. I will never do business with any ATT product. Even though my bill was paid, they purposely cut off my service. Showed the manager (Victor-wouldn't give his last name) the receipt showing that it was paid on 2/17/19 and he still refused to do anything. So he held my phone hostage until I paid the bill-again. I want to review AT&T and Insureon the new phon mmke got insurance and wanted to keep my same number, didn't upgrade paid for it full price. Got a cracked screen had it fixed, it got stolen ,I got it back with screen broke, I tried to have it fixed and AT&T and Inusreon wouldn't cover it, said I had three claims this year two were from a previous phone back in January and February earlier this year, mind you this is a different phone I just bought. They dropped my insurance and neither At&t nor Insureon told me. I was was told every phone number can only have three claims a year, they told me if I would have changed my phone number then I would have better insurance, I thought that was rediculous, but apparently is true. I have been with At&t for years but now I must watch my 1300 dollar investment go away in a time where enough things are lost, especially our humanity, so in these tough times ,save your money and stay away from At&t and the so called Insurance company ,Isura Insureon. Terrible customer service. Were told we could not upgrade our phones, as we had to have made 24 months of payments... we have made 26 months of payments. Steve talked in a circle and was extremely confusing and condescending. He stated that online, in-store, and on the App all have different information and even though they are all At&t, you cannot use App info in-store (i.e. my app said I was eligible for upgrade). Finally, Steve got a manager to override our issue with the upgrade, but by then it seemed like just a bunch of lies and nonsense. We left and went to a different At&t store immediately, which had amazing customer service. Everything was explained clearly, and were able to upgrade with no hesitation. read more

I took my wife's iPhone to a different att store to get a new SIM card. I had already called customer service, who told me it needed a new card. The next day, my wife tried her first call with the new SIM card. I tried to answer but could hear nothing, then the call failed. I tried calling her back and the call failed after 1 ring. We repeated this a few times with the same result. We could text and FaceTime, but not voice call. I suggested she go to the nearest att store, which was this store. She was greeted by Christofer and she told him of the problem. He fiddled with it and could not figure it out. He told her that she should call customer service?! She asked if he could call to better explain the problem. He said no and asked if she wanted him to dial the number for her, since she could not over her phone?! That person could not help and neither could the supervisor of the person on the phone?! Turns out the phone just needed to be turned off and then on again, which should have been done by the person who replaced the card in the first place. So, 3 people out of 3 people have given 1 star reviews with horror stories about customer service. Enter at your own risk.! read more

Honestly, I switched to At&t from Verizon and my wife from Cricket. We enjoyed the service at first, however they keep on messing around with our phone bill. We had to go to call the store just to be told we have to come in (which made me take time off work). We go into the store wait 30 minutes to talk to someone. They tell us they fixed our bill and got it back to where it's supposed to be. Great! Well then a week later one day before our bill is due, I check my account. Come to find out they didn't fix my bill... so I call again and am forced to go back AGAIN (which required me to be late to work) just to fix a problem that should have been fixed already. After the second visit they fix my bill and I am charged the correct amount on the due date. What happens next? Well my bill for next month is messed up again. Leaving me with no other choice but to go into the store again. After all of this, I have had to call 7 times total, and make 4 appearances to the store. We haven't even been with this company 4 months! Currently my wife and I are debating on switching providers, unless At&t can fix this somehow. I like the service, but when all said and done I never had a problem with Verizon and she never had a problem like this with cricket. read more

If i could give this store zero stars i would. By far the WORST customer service EVER. came here early in the morning to get upgrades and this rude kid comes out with his iPad already seemed annoyed asked what he could do for us and we told him. He told us the policy but started to get snappy with us and rolled his eyes at us a few times even had snarky comments as well. He told us we'd have to be put on as an authorized user for him to help us and we asked how long would it take if we were to do that he preceded to give the nastiest attitude and told us around 24 to 48 hours. He walked away from us and went inside and talked bad about us to his little coworkers as if we didn't hear him and we left and went to another location who then told us that kid was wrong and that it would only take about 20 min over the phone to authorize us on the account so we can upgrade our phones. We had no issue with following policy if he had simply explained it to us and wasn't disgustingly rude. I hear so much bad things about this store I'm surprised they are even still open or at least not with a whole new staff. They really shouldn't let little kids like that boy work for them. He had no idea what decent service was and was just rude from the minute we walked up to him. I'm a manager myself at a store and no way would i allow any employee of mine treat customers the way he did. Explain your policy and be kind and helpful there's NO reason for the nasty attitude at 10 am in the morning. Wish i knew his name because I'd make sure i call back and ask to speak with a manager about him. I never put energy into this type of stuff but the way he treated us was awful and he deserves to get called out for it. read more
