My experience with Trepic has been great. We recently moved and had few options for service providers. We saw some yard signs on our street for Trepic and filled out a request online. I was called and texted by Eldred. He was polite and professional and explained everything. He personally came out the next day to inspect our yard to determine where they would run the line. Two days later they installed the fiber from our alley, and the next day Kyle came out to install the hardware. Everyone was great, the service was superior, and we've had awesome Internet speeds ever since. It's totally refreshing to speak with Eldred and have a normal human interaction. Just prior to this experience I was getting an infuriating runaround from cox between the AI bots and their shabby customer service just to cancel. I am pleased to support a local business and urge you to consider switching to Trepic. I read a bunch of the reviews on here after we had already became subscribers and was a little surprised to see some of the not great reviews. We had this internet provider for a long time and they have A LOT of outages. Towards the end when we canceled it was averaging a couple times a month and it had a severe impact on my ability to work from home. So I canceled my plan, and now they've just told me they won't prorate what I was billed for because it was "so close" to my next billing cycle. That's 12 days. About 31$ if my math is right. Not to mention we haven't even been using the service for the prior week. And Anthony I did NOT have a yearly subscription I had a month to month plan so acting like you did me a "favor" for not charging me a cancelation fee is BS. read more

Started Services in Eloy, and found that service wasn't enough for my business needs. Cancel within 3 days, and was charged 180.00, absolutely not acceptable. As a Pilot, there are many times that I reduce my charge when I don't fulfill the customer needs. read more

I requested information online about Trepic N. I was told service was available and at a speed I wanted. There was an installation fee, but it was half off at the time. I was told a live rep would call me for more information. However this never happened, even after repeated attempts by me via the chat program. Basically they ignored me and displayed very poor new customer service, probably an example of what the regular customers get. read more

If I can give a zero star that's what I would give this company. We have been a customer of theirs for some time now and we have had horrible service ever since we signed up but unfortunately there is no other internet provider at our house. I found out that they had increased our plan to a higher Mbps without discussing it with us and kept our price the same which in theory sounds good but it wasn't because we are paying $145 a month. We have been paying that for over 2 years. For the same exact plan we initially signed up for they now charge $54.95. This company made the decision to change our plan for us without discussing it with us. When I called today I spoke to an accounting representative who agreed to credit us the difference for every single month they made that decision for us and she agreed that's exactly what happened. I later get a call from Ashton their customer service manager who was very condescending and rude who says they will not be honoring that credit. I have never dealt with such a dishonest disrespectful company. If you have another option for another internet provider I would highly recommend going with them because you are not in good hands with Trepic. The minute we have another option we are canceling their service! read more

So scummy. I took off work so I can meet with their tech and get my new internet installed.. they changed my date and didn't even tell me.. now they want me to wait an entire week to get my internet.. so now I'm out off a whole days pay and no internet for another week. Do they care? No. They can't even communicate in ways other than text message. im sooo upset. read more

Trepic Networks is not providing the speed they say they have. I was using wireless and getting less the 4 mbps on service that I am paying for that is suppose to be 60 mbps. Went out and got cords to reach the other computers that so they could be wired in. All was good for about 2 weeks and now even WIRED in I am still getting less then 4 mbps. This company will promise you whatever it takes to get in you but fails hard on maintaining it. They say you do not always get the full speed but when you are only getting 6.5% of what you are paying for, it might be time for to officials involved is. read more

In an unicorporated portion of Gilbert, my service through CenturyLink was limited to 3mbps. Think... 1997 dial up speeds at best. TREPIC was recommended by our CenturyLink service technician. Installation was painless, they had us up and running in 3 hours. I am really surprised - I expected line-of-sight to be "patchy" depending on the weather, haboobs etc. This connection has been rock solid 24/7 and I am very, very pleased with the quality and stability of the bandwidth. First off. I live in the middle of internet no mans land and before Trepic the best I could hope for was limited satellite internet. having a 3 year old who loves Netflix cartoons this was not workable. I finally found trepic and decided to give them a shot and woo hoo! Unlimited high speed internet heaven! Sharla took my order over the phone and her excellent team had me up and running in just a few days. I did have a couple connection issues early on but one call and they were all over it and had everything running great. We were customer #5 with Trepic and I have never been so impressed with a service. Prompt response to any questions. Team always shows up on time and fixes the problem ... I haven't had to call them for a couple years.... everything magically works! One day I called about a problem at 3pm and the owner and son were at my house fixing the issue within an hour! Another time there was an issue due to my inept network skills... again, they were at my house within a few hours... and problem was solved through their troubleshooting. Did I mention Trepic has not raised my rates since we began with them in 2015? When we moved to Queen Creek in 2013, we were shocked to learn there were no internet service options other than a cell service hot spot or a satellite service like Hughes, or Dish, etc. Talking with neighbors, I learned satellite services slowed after reaching a data transfer threshold (not acceptable for working from home using Skype). We used a MiFi for about a year.... paid high monthly $$$$ and said goodbye to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and all other streaming. Trepic brought us back to the current century! read more

So far things are working. 4 stars because 1, they require you to pay 7.00 a month for their router even if you have your own router that allows PPPoE and their router is junk. I hate it and I will be using my own and will still have to pay for theirs which is unethical. 2, expensive. 89.99 for 25 down and 12 up. Way to expensive for this day but its point to point so I understand in the time being. read more
