When it works, it's great. We are in our 5th month of using. And, the freeze framing of apps (TV viewing) due to buffering issues are increasing. And, most of time we only have 1 TV using the service NOTHING ELSE! Sometimes this happens 2-3 times an hour. The freezes last upwards of 60 secs. NOT GOOD. Sometimes it just goes blank and I have to recall the app. Now, last night 2-6-26, we got 2 hrs. of lower resolution (VERY SOFT) and dim viewing. I tried everything, rebooting TV, Roku, modem, replacing the HDMI cable. All I wanted to do was wind down a long week watching TV. Didn't happen. The resolution finally got back to normal around 11:30p ish. UGH! Oh, and the speeds they promise....LOL, has never happened....NOT EVEN CLOSE. Typically half to less than half. read more

This is the single most annoying company in the valley. I have a No Soliciting sign on my door and three weeks ago, some guy from this place rang my bell and pounded on my door. I was livid and intentionally stayed in the house because I didn't trust my temper. I thought maybe he was just too dense to know what 'soliciting' means. I bought a new sign. "No Soliciting, DO NOT ring bell or knock". A week later, guess who is back? It's the SAME guy knocking right over my sign. I went out and scorched his behind and sent him on his way. He was still trying to sell to me while I was berating him for waking me up. He says, "It's light out" like that makes a difference. I told him to not come back. Now here we are another week later and TWO of these guys show up for the same reason, "your neighbor has our service". I don't care what my neighbor has. I asked, "Did you see this sign?" Guy laughs and says, "Yes, everyone had those. We ignore them because we HAVE to talk to people." Are you KIDDING ME? I have this sign for a reason. I work from home and I have dogs. I do not want the dogs barking, I do not want my work calls interrupted by ringing and pounding, and I definitely don't want them interrupted by ringing, pounding, and barking. On top of that, sometimes I work at night and nap in the afternoon. I am very irate when someone wakes me. This company needs to learn to read, to make notes about who they've already bothered, and they need to stop coming to my house. Also, if someone ignores pounding on their door, which they obviously heard, then ringing the bell is only fanning the flames. read more

This company evidently feels no duty or obligation to fully serve the neighborhoods in which it has expanded into, resulting in gaps where folks will never receive service because they refuse to invest in the infrastructure required to achieve full coverage. Have had WeLink for a month. I switched from Cox, after 25 years. I have had multiple outages, they have adjusted my router, finally they sent a different tech, who realigned my antenna. It's been better, but buffers occasionally. Trying to contact customer service is frustrating. read more

***Buyer Beware*** Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. Looks like a start-up company. Was solicited door to door, offer seemed too good to be true. Half of the ridiculous price we are paying for cox- so we looked into it. Technician came two days later- climbed up on my roof and said "sorry it won't work, there are trees in the way." Trees in the way? Extremely confused I asked and he showed me on his iPad that a 30 foot tall tree was blocking the view of the signal. Starting to realize this was amateur at very best technology I told him thanks and showed him out. Is this serious? Their signal was blocked by a single 30 foot (I doubt even that high honestly) tall tree? What 5th grade science fair project did they base all of their technology from? Thank goodness we didn't get scammed into these clowns. Reading the other reviews I am seeing that their internet service seems terrible anyways. Avoid at all costs!!! Even when I told them about this sign on my door they said oh we're not soliciting, we just want to tell you about our internet service, we're cheaper and faster etc etc. then within weeks, another solicitor from WeLink came back! Consistent and quality service. Any outages we experience are overnight and there has been almost no wait time the one time we needed to call them. They also will come out and adjust their equipment if there are any issues. Also we almost are always at or above 500 Mbps for download and upload speeds. At just around 70 a month it can't be beat! read more

Asked the salesperson 4 times if they were a wired provider since I have to have wired services for my job for my Aruba device. He assured me every time they were installing new fiber optics in the area and were a wired internet service. I even asked specifically if that meant if they were wired from the street to my house and the house to my router and then the Aruba and he said yes. Do not waste your time with this company I have had multiple text out on multiple different occasions, every single one of them has a different reason against to why they couldn't set it up yet none of it aligned whatsoever. Multiple schedule times nobody just showed up, finally had one show up today and was able to complete the service. Within 15 minutes of the Wi-Fi being on I lost connection, reset it and it turned back on. I was told by the salesman that I have a "30 day risk free trial that they won't even collect payment information for the first 30 days" yet I get locked out the the WiFi and it says "after updating payment information it takes take up to 15 minutes to allow access to the Internet" so what I'm getting from it is it's a 30 minute trial not a 30 day. Good luck contacting your salesman or any support staff. They don't answer. read more

Terrible internet service, have only been with them a month (& LEAVING) and have had internet go down multiple times a week. I work from home so this is increasingly annoying. Was told when switching they were reliable & would not have issues in my area. Total LIE Then the customer service is terrible, everytime I am on hold for a long time to get some answers. Today service went down around 4pm, so I called & was on hold for over an HR until they were closed for the day & didn't answer my call once. WeLink is sadly a victim of its own hype. When they first appeared in the Phoenix Metro Area of Chandler & asked to make my home a seed home, I was an evangelist for the service at first. I loved the idea of a highspeed microwave mesh network with redundant ring topology pathways. I had setup something similar at my previous employer with 40Ghz and 80Ghz transmitters & it was incredibly reliable. It also didn't hurt the service was advertising near Gigabit speeds, 99.999% redundancy, & as a seed home we would only pay one dollar a month. Sadly the service did not start out great from the get go. They rushed the Chandler launch & the service was down for multiple hours a day during the first week of the launch. They were very apologetic & helpful at the beginning and paid for secondary monthly service from Cox for a for a few months until they got the network stability back up. Then over the next two years it got progressively worse... First it was outages from configuration issues. Their radios had a firmware issue where the ring redundancy protocol was not working per the protocol specs & Chandler was the first neighborhood they were trying these new radios in. Then it was the first summer in Arizona & the outages increased as radios failed throughout the seed home network from the heat because these radios were not tested for high-temperature environments. The service got so bad that those of us who were seed homes started cancelling the service & the south end of the ring was left without a seed that would complete the ring; so no more redundancy. This meant that any failure of any equipment in the seed homes north of my house would take down everything south of the outage. This was exacerbated by the radios were higher frequency & did terrible in dust/rain so every monsoon & summer we had equipment failure outages & storm outages. The summer of 2023 I just stopped counting the outages because they had become so frequent. Then in the summer of 2024 the north end of the seed homes developed a line of sight obstruction from a tree that only caused issues during breezy days. Didn't matter if it was a light breeze or a strong breeze, we could have outages that would occur so frequently that even my backup service couldn't keep up with the constant switching. I started just unplugging WeLink during any breeze until the breeze dies. At some point I would say that WeLink was running a SLA of less than 80% as this was all happening while equipment failures from the summer heat were still impacting the service as well. Sadly the customer support declined even worse than the service SLA & I don't think it was because of poor employees. They are all C.O.N.U.S. based but sadly they were even more apathetic & unhelpful as script based tier 1 support from overseas. Sadly, I wish I could say the apathy was a character flaw, but as the calls to support got more frequent & the names changed I could tell the apathy was just from exhaustion. Every time I called, the automated recording would indicate there was an outage in the Chandler area affecting a "insert size" number of customers. I began to realize they weren't apathetic, they were numb; the way a PTSD victim would be from beatings. I spoke to multiple managers in different departments & sadly they never could get the network reliability they promised because they could never find another home to complete the south end of the ring (probably because of the poor reputation at this point). The final straw was in the final months of the summer of 2024. As a result of the line of sight issue they converted my home from a seed home to a super anchor. They stated it would improve the reliability (it did not), & instead just increased the latency & reduced the bandwidth significantly. I went from 900Mbps symmetrical to an average of about 200Mbps Down and 100Mbps up. More calls and no results still as we went into fall and winter. So when Google Fiber came into the area I decided I would rather pay $70 a month for reliable service rather than get terrible service for $1 a month. read more

Product has been great and worth the price for the past year. Now I don't know what happen. Service cuts out all throughout the day. It kicks me and my wife off our work meetings. I call and it's the same scrip they read from "we are experiencing outages where you are, there is a tech working on this now. We will send you an email soon as it's updated" no email has ever been sent. I have asked them to come out and look on the roof at their product since we had some pretty rough storms last month. They told me it's not my house it's the house across from me. I have not seen any WeLink trucks? I will be leaving WeLink, I can no longer afford the inconsistencies. So guess what today the tech called my husband at 10am asking if he could come early?! while we were out for the day. I had Cox internet before which was fine. I was approached by a WeLink rep who offered me a 30 free trial and installation. I kept my Cox and proceeded with the WeLink free trial. After 30 days with no issues, I cancelled Cox without looking back. My desktop, laptop, phones, and TVs are all on wifi. I work from home, game at night, and stream movies. I have had zero issues with WeLink internet service and have recommended it to friends & coworkers. It costs $70/mo (with no additional fees), and is guaranteed to go down to $60/mo after two years. I'm so happy I was able to find a reliable, affordable internet service so I could drop Cox. read more

When it works, it is a wonderful service. However I can't even count how many outages we've had over the past few months -- I've had to scramble at least a half a dozen times and go work from a coffee shop or elsewhere from my home office due to their issues. I've also become very frustrated with their customer service, they respond ok to text messages but nobody ever calls you back when they say they will and hold times (probably because so many people are calling with issues) can be insane. Maybe in the future they will be stable at which point they would be an excellent choice for an ISP, but for now -- I would avoid if you work from home or have other needs around consistently stable internet read more

We have only been connected for about a week, but everything has been perfect. The installer showed up on time and was professional, courteous, considerate, and personable. Setup was quite simple and quick. I have read some negative reviews and I feel for those customers, but our experience has been everything that our experience with Cox SHOULD have been but never was (in the nearly 19 years we have had Cox). WeLink's customer loyalty discount is the opposite of Cox' practice - WeLink rewards our loyalty by dropping our rate after the 2-year contract expires, while Cox used the expiration of our contract as an excuse to jack our rates. My review MIGHT be modified in the future if we experience poor service issues, but at this point our experience with WeLink could not be better. read more

Speeds with Welink are better than Cox however this company should only be used as a secondary internet connection. It does not have redundancy in all areas to prevent one customer from shutting down the service. This is what happened to me in the Gilbert area. We are now down for at least 30 days. As someone who relies on the internet for my business I would caution using this as a single source. If you can't afford a backup don't use this company. read more

The salesman that came to my door lied to me about everything. No contract... bull. They made my house a hub without telling me about all the equipment they needed to install, including a large antenna on my roof while breaking roof tiles, drilling into the roof, boxes drilled/and mounted into the side of my house as well as inside. ... This is the final update. We experienced more issues since the last review with this service, then finally something happened. The service was great and the third party speed tester confirmed over 600+ mbs download and 100+ mbs upload. This is by far faster than anything else on the market including Gigablast from Cox. Cox is well below these numbers. We then have service scheduled on our radio/receiver by We-link last week. They day comes-and-goes without a service guy knocking on our door. I call and they say sorry the technician had a problem with your system. I stated, "that's funny because our security cameras don't show your service guy stopping at all at our home". The next day, Friday, we receive an email from We-Link stating they are terminating our service so look for another carrier. Nice! The system seems fixed and now they decide to terminate our contract. Please don't bother with this company they provide terrible service (system) and will leave you hanging in the end. Once again, I hope their CEO is forced to return his bonus because the roll-out and implementation of this product was horrid. read more

I have had Welink for almost a year now. The tech customer service is amazing. Every person I have spoken to has been nice and very knowledgeable. This makes it easier when there is a problem because they know what they are talking about. With Centurylink I was told I was the problem because I had too many devices running, but no more than were running the 6 months prior to an issue coming up. Welink has had some issue, but nothing more than I have had with other providers. There was a supply chain issue getting the system installed on my roof and getting enough customers in the chain, but that is not WeLink's fault. My best friend and I both have Welink and we live in different cities. Our experience has been very much the same. My best friend was paying over $100 a month for Cox Communications and now pays $50 for faster Wi-fi. I pay $35 because I am a super anchor. The equipment they put on my roof is small enough that I don't even see it anymore. I highly recommend Welink! read more

They contacted me several times recently via text message. When I message back ( to Lille one time but the others were anonymous ) and ask questions, I receive an unresponsive marketing reply saying "we'd be happy to answer any questions" but they don't respond to the questions in my text. I've also tried the email route ( since they contacted via email too ) without any luck. My concern is being able to trust this company. Someone was in my neighborhood a couple of months ago claiming to work for them but had no ID, no lanyard, no business card and no vehicle or shirt with at least the company name on it. So do I trust a stranger with no ID? Anyway, I'm concerned about managing my account( where's the web page? ) and how they will respond to outages since they seem to only be open Mon-Fri. It seems an unprofessional organization and I'm not willing to trust them. Nothing they've done ( which is almost nothing ) gives me any confidence. Cox's prices are high but my service is good and I know they'll be there on weekends too. read more
